Just want to warn any BV players not to view or play on their Live Casino site
On Friday evening out of curiosity, I had a browse on the BV Live site and selected the Live Autowheel only to find there was no Live wheel showing but ALL my funds had been removed from my account
After trying to access it again due to BV allocating money to any open game I realized I still couldn't open any Live game, I became concerned and sent an email asking where my money was, they replied with open the game and exit, this will return my funds, but I explained that I was unable to open any game
Several emails later getting nowhere I managed to contact them via Skype and after going through the same explanations again they admitted that they have a technical issue with the Live site
Unfortunately it is now 2 days without access to my funds and I'm still waiting for BV to sort out their technical issue, I've sent a number of messages to them demanding that they sort it ASAP and also have requested compensation
I will keep you updated as to how this unfolds, anyone else having the same issue ?

No It's 7 days...
His funds aren't missing.. I think he has to log into web application and restart or stop the session for his funds to be released.

The problem is that I cant open ANY Live game that I'm suppose to be playing, BV said that there is a game opened (Although they don't know what game due to their site is not working)
What makes me laugh is that they cant access this game and return my funds, even after 2 days of trying to sort the problem

I am in same boat, unable to play at all. Many emails and messages to them have been unsuccessful. Other than depositing further funds I am unable to play on Betvoyager until they release my funds. Been 2 days now. No way I am depositing further funds for them to steal.
I only play rng on BV, and sometimes I have sync error, and I'm unable to continue the session because there is no continue button. When it happens I just click on mail, send a message that I had sync error, and ask them to end my session, and they always do it within an hour.
Both your betcruise and evolution balance are 0? At the live section your money goes from your bv account to an evolution account.
I have the exact same problem. Deposited money into my account to play on the live wheel. Couldn't open the game and since then my funds have been 0.
Update
It's now Monday 12pm and even after their planned maintenance my funds are still missing
I've turned up the heat with my 7th email and more Skype messages and just received a reply saying that the financial dept is looking into it
It's shocking how BV who are a reputable online casino used by many of us can behave in such a way

I've sent them an e-mail on Friday and got an reaction then. I've sent them another e-mail after that but I haven't even got a reaction from them yet.
I agree with you Gordon. I never expected this to happen with BV. And it's unbelievable how they're behaving.
I have sent them 8 emails so far and had 3 replies, first 2 replies basically called me a liar, now they are saying they will look into it after I sent a really aggressive email calling them thieves. No matter what this really sucks and has me thinking that I will be withdrawing all my funds and discontinuing using them, IF I ever get my funds back.
