Can anyone log in using the new download version of BV?
I have either been blocked or the new download is buggy as I cant log in on mine, my partners or my friends machine. It just freezes as soon as I press login.
Has anyone else had the same?
I can't help you, I'm on a mac. The browser client works fine.
Thanks anyway Ati. I can use browser but its unstable. Been 48hrs now so thought would see if im on my own with this as BV support are no help.

Roochla - Customer support is not technical support. Staff with headsets on are only trained to answer general account & gaming matters, of which I'm sure is the vast majority of enquiries ?
Techies are spread rather thinly in any on line casino from my experiences. On the few times I have asked a technical question via an email (they have not always replied) when they have replied it's always many days - a week + later, never within 24 hours.
I used the internal email but agreed it is probably going to take a while if it is just me.
Can you log in on either BV download version Ausguy? If everyone else can but I cant... then its a block by them or something I cant fix.
If others cant then I just need to wait for an update.
My client was also updated and now it does not log in. It works fine on the webversion. Just wait for a fix I guess...
Roochla - I don't play BV as it's RNG even though it seems fair with their randomness control & I also don't like Skrill, so overall it's a non event for me.
However just a few days ago I signed up to mainly check their live wheel re : a discussion elsewhere on here for BV options, so I can tell you how it is for me. I would assume that the new software you refer to would be the one that has processed me just now & in recent days ?
I play via my PC. Windows Vista. Wi Fi shared unlimited ADSL2+ so speed is good. Just now I logged in & I was able to pull up any game play & play in fun mode. I suppose if I wanted to I could activate a Skrill A/C & deposit & play for real money ?
As you've already tried to log in on different computers & getting the same results it certainly indicates nil fault with your computer.
As you say you enter your ID details & then when you try log in it just sits there doing nothing ? I got that too before I signed up when I tried to browse the BV site. Just now I went back to the BV log in page & hit log in without any details & it came up a little down the page the usual error message & a click prompt for forgotten details. If you can get to that stage then maybe you can get it to email send you a new user code & see how that goes ?
Another possibility is they have a ban on you for some reason (eg as with Azim where he apparently got pinged for bot play ?).
If that fails then perhaps the country you are in is now blocking access due to changed betting rules ?
If all the above still fails then an option is to open a new account via your partners name & use that computer. If you then get the same log in problem then it seems that your origin country could be the "problem child" ?

Skrill etc can be a pain but I buy and sell through it online anyway so not so bad.
i have given the old exec bv files to vic on the other site which when you install the site with it it runs ok...i shared with vic on google drive which he has put on betselection....this seems to have cured the problem

Hello Vladir, you can find both a .exe and a .rar version here:

It is recommended to try the .exe first; .rar is there because some AV software blocks downloading executable files.
You can use Winrar (link:://:.winrar.com/) to uncompress it.

Anyone else having problem with BV? It started a couple hours ago. I can play any other games but roulette. The webpage won't stop loading after I click on roulette. I also tried the download version, but no matter what amount I try to sit down with, it always shows 0, and I'm unable to place a bet.
