Why don't you get a copy of Roulette Extreme and test your own ideas.

Does roulette extreme use the same numbers over and over or is it random everytime
Roulette Xtreme is random every time.

Rich..RX downloads real up to date spins from german casinos and also runs RNG (if you like that kind of thing ). It also downloads from random.org
this thing does not need any test. Not covering something on a long run is a disaster. Even one number. Every number once in a while may sleep and once in a while hit a lot. But roulette works in such a way that if you don't cover something you will eventually feel that it hits more frequently than it sleeps. Any consistent pattern loses eventually.
Rx gives u anything you need for testing. You can use your own spins, you can download spins from real casinos or random.org or just use RNG built-in in RX. You can save any session, any spin data and use it again. You name it.

One of the best purchases you will ever make if you like researching systems and methods.

RX has a recurring fee.
Nothing beats old fashioned manual testing imo.

Where does it say that on thier site? I have only ever paid once.
I recall some users stating they had to pay again
at some point to continue to use the service.
I bought rx in 2011 for $29. Ive never paid a penny more...that includes them sending me new codes when I got a virus and changed laptops.
Ok I stand corrected. :-[
Same thing with the bot version, you pay only once and you receive all updates for free.

most non-working systems will not pass 500 spins , in most cases.
flatbetting can make the progress much longer ofcourse, a neutral trend can last for 1000s of spins, but the way i use to play with +1 progression to test most of my systems
a system that passes 1000 spins is pretty good, that is an average system
my record is a system that passed 2000 spins, with progression
Graphs are impressive, no doubt.
I could see that much testing for a system that involves a lot of numbers covered
example: 24+ numbers, but for say 2-6 numbers in play at a time only 5 manual games
are needed. If the system loses more than one session in those five it's a loser in general.
