with what progression/money management
i have a $500 bankroll and would like to use $15 base bets. and survive 10 consecutive losses. if at the 11th spin i win it is ok if i am still in the negative as long as it isnt too bad

I would use a fibo (it's my favorite for most plays...although I don't play EC's) stop after three consecutive losses...drop back two steps after a win.
It really depends alot on your testing and experience as to what your W/L trends look like. I would certainly stop after 2-4 losses and regroup to try to avoid the massive long run against me.
I just posted a thread about progressions and stop losses...maybe look at that and see if it plays into your bet selection and MM at all. I am not a fan of EC's because recovery is difficult and $500 isn't enough money with $15 base bets running any real progression...you need to win and get out with those parameters ($500 & $15)...a grinder will only grind you with that bankroll vs. the projected base bet.
