Title: Double Dozen Trend Isolator
Post by: Colbster on Oct 27, 05:41 PM 2014
This is a method that I worked up based on an idea I got from Gizmotron.  Looking back, I think that guy may have been onto something!  This is super easy to track and seems from testing to return approximately 10 chips per cycle-ish.

We track spins in all 3 dozens at the same time (also could be columns, or both).

All dozens start at a value of 0.  If they hit, the value of that dozen increases by 1.  If they do not hit on a spin, the value of the dozen decreases by 0.5.

After the first spin, we will always have a dozen at +1 and two dozens at -0.5.

We always bet 1 unit (yes, flatbetting  :xd:) on the dozen or dozens that have the highest value.

After the first spin, we will bet 1 unit on the dozen that just hit.  If we win, we pocket 2 units and spin again with the 1 unit on the dozen that hit.

If we lose our first bet, we are down 1 unit and now place 1 unit each on the two dozens that have hit.  At this time, two dozens are +0.5 and one dozen is -1.0.

We continue playing 1 unit on the dozen or dozens that have the highest value, updated each spin.  You will find that, early in the session, you might have a little swapping around of dozens as one overtakes another.  As the spins move forward, however, the trends become very clear and most of our spins will be on the same 2 dozens that have established themselves.

We continue betting in this manner until we have reached +10 units.  At that time, we reset the value of all 3 dozens back to 0 and begin afresh.  I believe that, by the time we have pocketed 10 units, the deviation is sufficient that we might suffer from random heading back towards the norm by giving us a run of the slow-hitting dozen.

In limited testing, the most I have been down is 4 units from the max, but I anticipate that a session BR of 20 units is more than sufficient.

If a 0 shows, ignore it for the purpose of tracking and just take the hit.  Roulette is taking its tax and you can return to your winning ways.

i tried something similar, and betting for the dominant dozen works very well imo.

:-\ I just realized how far out of alignment the spins can get.  Even with a stupid bad session, I have recovered but it was slow.  To prevent giving away too much of your profit from a bad stretch, I recommend resetting to 0 after any dozen reaches a -5.0.  This keeps any one side from having too much pent up and killing what had been a good run up to that point.  Any -5.0 should include 10 wins anyway, so this seems like a more stable way of playing.
