Title: What do you think of these odds?
Post by: celebrex on Dec 24, 07:40 AM 2014
Let's say you place a $200 bet and have the following possible outcomes:

29.7% of losing $200
21.6% of making a $100 profit
10.8% of making a $300 profit
37.9% of not winning or losing (money back)

Would you expect this to be a profitable system over the long run?

to me the odds mean nothing Celebrex, it's your bet selection & the number of times you hit each
of those four percentages that matter....

Your expected return is -$5.40 per spin, or exactly the 2.7% house advantage that you would expect.

0.297*-200=-59.4
0.216*100=21.6
0.108*300=32.4

Combined is -5.4, so no profitability expected.
