Title: chronic fatigue
Post by: nottophammer on Feb 21, 04:29 PM 2015
Been reading GLC's reply in river wind report about teeth. Wondered if any members have any advice on the subject chronic fatigue and sleep apnea. Doctor just keeps pushing pills, more pills.

Do you have the CPAP machine?

Eat organic food,  exercise well,  drink water without fluoride and generally remove any toxins from diet,  then virtually any problem is eventually fixed.

Also lay off on drugs like caffeine and sugar.  Almost all problems are caused by what you have put in your body

My wife has sleep apnea.  She cannot use the machine either.  Makes her nose stuff up and nearly smothers her.

When she sleeps on her side, there is no obstruction of the airway.  On her back--she's like a chainsaw.

She is trying to train herself to sleep on her back.

FOR YOU...............

Get wax earplugs.  They have saved my life.

Solutions are usually simple. Eat healthy and do the right thing for your body and it behaves as it should.

Steves right. Eat organic whole foods. Give the body the nutrients it needs and it self corrects. We are poisoned by toxins, high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors and gmos.

I have to agree with Steve and RG regarding proper nutrition.

It's hard as hell to stay with it but if you can, it should heal what ails you.

I grew up in the South where we lived on fried food.  I'm paying for it now.  My taste buds hate anything that's not fried.  There's nothing like fried chicken, fried fish, French fries, chicken fried steak, fried bacon, fried everything.  It's all just a dream anymore.  My doctor's got me on a strict diet.  If I like it, I can't have it.  Period!!

And sugar.  Don't get me started on sugar.  It's worse than heroin.

If your wife can make the switch, it'll work better than that CPAP machine.  It may cost more in the long run.  Junk food's cheaper than organic foods, but organics worth it.  The more I eat, the better I feel and look.  Well, the better I feel.  No sense lying about my looks since you guys don't get to see me anyway.

6 liters of Dr Pepper a day...no fatigue

I know that is absolutely the worst thing I can do (pop is so acidic...yes in my neck of the woods soda is called pop) but I certainly don't have chronic fatigue...and I probably should

plus I get the added bonus of...the pop kills my teeth and gums...so I may have to look into George's remedy (for real...I was looking at $25,000 worth of implants too)

Though a little controversial, oil pulling has some pretty competent people attesting that it works quite well for controlling dental issues.  Especially gum disease and cavities.  Coconut oil is the oil of choice.  Look up Dr. Mercola's videos on YouTube.  I've found him to be pretty sane in his health teachings.

I understand the addiction to soda pop, or as my uncle used to say "sodies".  Working out in the heat of Arizona, makes it hard to pass up a Circle K and their Xtra large fountain drinks.  But it's death on your teeth and God only knows what it does to the rest of your body.  I'd try switching to iced tea.  There are some pretty decent flavors out there and if you can drink it without sugar you'll be miles ahead.

Of course, you might have to deal with chronic fatigue without your sugar boosts.
