In order to predict or estimate where the ball will land you need to take into account evrything so if you can't make a late bet, how can you predict where the ball will land? Because if we cant know the variables before the ball spins or control them how can we get a good prediction that makes money on the long term. I know that if you collect data on the wheel we can see if it has any pattern(dominant diamonds for expl), but if latebets arent allowed how can I know when to bet or not

Consider the variables, spin outcomes, and the relationships. There is more that's predictable than first seems. None of it is random, and enough of it is often predicable enough.
But the fact that I cant make latebets means I dont know which variables, because if variables change each spin and I dont take them into consideration means that my predictions arent accurate enough right?
You can know some variables, and estimate others with reasonable accuracy. There is always more than you think, although its not always obvious. Some of the variables are virtually irrelevant, some are very important.
