Title: EC Labby, For Dozen?
Post by: P.A on Jul 27, 11:29 PM 2015
Gentlemen,
I happened to read someone posting about Labby, to bet Dozen,
which I think too complex for some.

What I think is .
Since Labby needs 33%+one to win.
And the Dozen hit expectation=33%, albeit zero.

Thus isnt it logical to bet..

LABBY meant for EC, BUT bet single Dozen with it.

Since Dozen payout=2:1.

Then we just need 33/2=16.5%-plus-one-win to profit...

[of course the dozen may sleep for 45spins..sigh!]

What u think?
Thanks.

below a simplified labby for EC, but bet single Dozen.

L1=-1
L11=-2
L112=-3
L1123=-4
L11234=-5
L112345=-6
L1123456=-7
L11234567=-8
L112345678=-9
L1123456789=-10=-55
W1123456789,10= 11X2=22
W123456789=10X2= 20
W2345678=10X2= 20

Hi P.A.

you sure those figures are right for this Labby?

If betting on a Single dozen, won't the pay be x 3 ?
???

L1=-1
L11=-2 (-3)
L112=-4 (-7)
L1123=-7 (-14 in total)

or is it

L1=-1
L11=-1(-2)
L112=-2(-4)
L1123=-3(-7)

Bold being the last bet in this second list

below a simplified labby for EC, but bet single Dozen.

Hi Chrisbis,
maybe I wrong somewhere.

please take a look how I calculate.
thanks.
=======================

bet labby strategy meant for single EC,
but bet dozen instead.

or bet single dozen, but using labby meant for EC.
start from [1].

L1=bet=1unit=lose=-1,total=-1
L11=bet2unit=lose=-2=total=-3
L112=bet3u=lose=-3=-6
L1123=-bet4=L=-4=-10
L11234=-5=-15
L112345=-6=-21
L1123456=-7=-28
L11234567=-8=-36
L112345678=-9=-45
L1123456789=-10=-55UNIT.
W1123456789,10=BET11U= 11X2=WIN+22=
W123456789=BET10=WIN=10X2= +20=
W2345678=BET10=WIN=10X2= +20=+

two win in 13bet=15.8%
three win in 13bet=23%.

thus, less than 16.5%plus one win, will lose.

Its okay PA......your use of the Labby is correct...it was the reference to Dozen bet that threw me!

(You may, if time allowed, want to alter your last post by moving half of the "quotes" code (the /quote part),
so not all of your reply is shown as a quote)

The method is most suited for slowed play, and reducing risk.

Maybe, for the purpose of clarity, it could be expressed so:-

L1=-1
L11=-2
L112=-3
L1123=-4
L11234=-5
L112345=-6
L1123456=-7
L11234567=-8
L112345678=-9
L1123456789=-10=-55
W1123456789,10= 11X2=22
W123456789=10X2= 20
W2345678=10X2= 20

With the two BOLD numbers being the section of the Labby in action, and there addition together being actual the bet placed.

I will leave you to finalise the Running BR total, after your Three Wins, since you need to take the Total invested so far (-55)
and reduce by the new bets, and the reducing Labby new bets (1 +10, then 1 + 9, then 2+8)
Its a sheer coincidence that each of the next two bets (if you carried on winning), all add up to 10 !

Hope this helps, esp anyone new to Labby Progression.

Let me save you a lot of time.  No matter how low you get the ratio between wins and losses to reach a new profit, it's not enough.  You can get pretty deep in the hole between some hits on a dozen and even further when you need more than a few hits close together to pull out.

If this worked, it would be even better on Lines or Streets.  Heck, why not straight up numbers.  At 35 to 1 payoff, you need so few hits that your odds are...  But remember that there can be 500 or more bets between hits on straight up numbers.  Think about how deep in the hole you'd be by that time.  The same concept applies to dozens.  Sure you get 2:1 odds, but you also decrease your odds of hitting the dozen to 33% instead of 50%.

GLC

Take a look at my "Controlled Labby" topic listed below for something to think about.

GLC

All known method fail, because of long losing streaks.

Only if one could understand how to manage the
  "...get pretty deep in the hole between some hits ".

Only then , one would have a near HG, where he manage to win more profit than losses, long term!
