Title: Deception
Post by: FreeRoulette on Nov 13, 05:18 PM 2015
Here is a progress on 2 of the dozens.

5
15
45
135
405

When this hits we make 5 dollars and the idea is to hit 6 times to make 30 per hour.

5 profit
6 wins (rounds)
8 hours
5 days a week
52 weeks a year

5*6*8*5*52 = 62,400 annual salary

The progression needs a bankroll of 1210.

It looks great, risk 1210 for a 62,400 annual salary. This also has a 99% chance to win.

Some people might think about selling this system with a 99% win rate and all.

But wait...lets take a closer look.

6*8*5*52 = 12,480 rounds played

calculate the 1% loss
12,480 * .01 = 124.8 lets call it 124 games lost.

124 * 1210 bank needed = 150,040 loss

You make 62,400 but lose 150,040

Moral, beware of the 99% win scam.

(1/3)^5=1/243

Every 243 spins, you can anticipate to lose the full progression of 605.  At 1 spin a minute, you will lose twice in your 8 hour sessions.  You would lose 1,210.  Using your anticipation number of +30 units an hour, you would lose 970 units a day.

(-970)*5*52 = -$252,200 annual salary.  You would be out a million bucks every 4 years.

Scary, thanks.

Anytime I see a system for sale, I think of the "goose that lays the golden eggs".
If someone claims that their system/method makes money - but is willing to sell it -
it's simple common sense that you're being scammed.

If someone sells info on smart ways to play, or systems that work "fairly well" and fill
it with warnings and don't make claims that aren't realistic - then I don't have a problem with that.
In the one above for example - it's total nonsense. So many cases of the other dozen you aren't betting on showing up x times in a row, not to mention the 0 or the 0 and 00 that count as a loss....
makes it nonsense.
But there are desperate people - that's why they do it. If there's no market - then there's no
money to be made in a useless product. Education is important.
