In the grand scheme: roulette is a negative game. its a downer. That is if studied everyday
A waste of time
fun? socially? yes of course
a few friends, a few hundred bucks, drinks and roulette its FUN
but the daily grind? not fun
arguing, especially on a forum in regards to it, such a waste of time
so pathetic
why do we do this?
it is really pathetic that we argue on the right way to play

I started this game as fun
why?
winning $1400 on my first vegas trip playing numbers i thought this game had big potential
i should have kept it where it was
recreation fun with friends and never got into the boards
You know it would be more fun if you tried something new and innovative with it. I'm not talking about ap.
RG,
If you'd step back from the game and do an in depth study of the wheel and the history of the game, then you'd likely enjoy it more.
Here's a suggestion:
1. Buy the book, "Beating The Wheel".
2. Research the wheel engineers and their comments on the evolution of the wheel.
3. Read on the history of the game on Google and research the links provided.
If you actually put forth some real effort, you'll find there's a level of play... far beyond what you can currently comprehend.... that can be lucrative, and fun to play.
Best of luck,
The General.
You say "far beyond what you currently comprehend"
Like im an unintelligent algae eater.
You dont get it
I dont CARE to learn the game in the way you understand it
This is the point im making.
Why argue over differences when we ALL play the SAME game
I have seeked to learn it in a different way
Everything else is a waste of time.
Get JP book Advanced Roulette. You wont dare to tweak his suggestions At the table you have that feeling as if he is right behind you saying " what are you trying to do ?"
He demands DISCIPLINE. .

RG,
Ignorance is not a virtue.
recreation fun with friends and never got into the boards-RG
There are some on here very serious about Roulette. Keep in mind
there are casino agents that do not want any of us to find the Grail.
The 'walls have ears' here (and other boards).
You're more than likely to get a Grail from a
friend emailing you that published on a board.

Funny.......with this "superior" knowledge about Roulette, the General is still here............just like RG.
Don't forget step 4 RG........come back to the forum and post criticism of other methods without adding any valuable info.........wait.........you can already do that..........never mind. :sad2:
Wait.........I'm totally wrong on this......didn't see #3........search "google"...........wow.........mind blown!!!

Actually, within my posts is a real, viable, and unique way in which to win in the long run. The kind of post that has never seen the light of day, and one that I've attempted to delete in the past. So, consider your mind blown.

Welcome to the General's fantasy hour. He's not going to teach you.........he already taught you........you missed it. :sad2:
So you've given us info that has "never seen the light of day"........like "google search" or biased-wheels.......wow.......so revolutionary.
..............once again.........all-hat, no-cattle..........alluding as substance.

Why not play roulette where you first start " playing numbers " :)
Like it or not, any professional would say what general gives is far more credible and useful than repeaters, rbrrbr nonsense, gut etc..You don't need to like him but most of what he says is basic fact you get from any credible source.
Then he should open a topic with how to start...
We all know with a bias wheel how to win. But I still didn't find one .... some lessons from him can be useful
He asked me about a casino in some city...well there's no casino in that area. So not sure what to think of him....
All I hear is he look for people to check wheels and write down spins. A lot of spins.
I wasnt referring to bias. I was referring to very basic facts abouts odds and payouts.
The General has presented nothing new on the topic of biased wheels, nor has he shown a unique insight on the game as he claims.
Someone............Anyone...........please show me otherwise. A simple cut and paste of his actual posts will do.
He has cut and pasted all of his detailed info on the game.....with one exception:
There is a post where he claims to be able to spot a biased-wheel before play with no tracking.......and when asked for further details.......he simply describes the mechanics of the Roulette wheel...........nothing more. Personally, I think this is where he got Steve's attention. Apparently, Steve can be trolled just like any of us. :sad2:
Law, Actually he has posted sound knowledge many times, beyond bias analysis. He had explained many things in detail. The problem is its often not understood, so inexperienced players tend to miss it.
I see your side and people who don't like him. Really he is poorly understood. I could go into it all but why bother. It never changes anything
Also you referred to visually spotting bias. Actually is no big deal. I explain some of it at link:://:.roulettephysics.com/roulette-wheel-bias/

Never said anything about the quality of his "knowledge", only that it wasn't at all unique.
He has "cut and pasted" many things in detail.........very different than an explanation.......any monkey can cut and paste
Finally, this idea that he is misunderstood is absolutely ridiculous. He has started fights with many members while you looked the other way.
Steve, this is where you lose me..........I can't imagine someone with your experience in running forums (many of them), saying something like "he's misunderstood" when you yourself have even told him to tone it down. This is where it starts to smell fishy........not sure what's going on behind the scenes here, but if Kav was exhibiting this behaviour................you'd be on him like a fat kid on a cupcake!
In the end, I do agree with you that this will change nothing. I think I'm starting to realize that this is simply not same forum I joined years ago........well......I guess that's the way things go.
Steve, I sincerely appreciate you giving people a place to share their ideas openly, and wish you and everyone the best of luck!
Perhaps I'll see you guys at the tables one day!
Cheers!
What's the problem with copy/paste when it comes to have to say the same things over and over again ? It sure saves time. And why retype everything over and over by hand ? lol
Even you "Law" just copy/pasted Steve's comments into your post.
"Quote from: Steve on Today at 01:37:28 PM"
Maybe every book in every school should be individually typed out and printed as well - damn them for being smart and saving time.
When you have to tell the same people the same thing over and over, copy/paste saves the day.
When you need to explain what someone else said to people because they won't take the 10 seconds to go and look for themselves - you copy/paste.
RG - I don't get it.
You see roulette as a hobby and don't care about the 'facts' that's fine. Then why be here and subject yourself to it ? It's like if I went into a church and then every time the preacher said some BS that I KNEW was BS - I would complain about it. No, I just wouldn't go into the church.
I wouldn't stand in the isle and point to the preacher and say "That guy's just doing this to piss me off"
99.9% (not all, no) of people on this forum are here to beat the game, become rich, find the Grail - all that (mostly based on their own greed and thinking that winning lots of $ will somehow transform everything into some paradise). Even if they say they don't really care.
70% will follow any fake prophet that comes along because they won't listen to the 5% who tell the facts and have no motive in the "forum game". It's always been that way.
The casino's no doubt love that set-up, they really do want you to come and test out that amazing "never loses" nonsense that forum member XYZ posted because the casino knows math and knows people's greed will keep them coming in and losing.
Forums are always going to be around, and they'll always be filled with the same kinds of people...
Either read along and add to the comments or don't bother being in one.
I know for sure that no one is going to post something that will be so good that I stop playing like I do now - so my only motive is to point out BS and point people in the direction so they'll be on the same path that I am. I'm sure the General does the same. He could care less about how you bent the dough around itself - he'll tell you the truth, that it's still a pretzel. Some people listen and some don't. Sometimes it feels like a waste of time - sometimes it doesn't.
I think Laws a good guy at heart. He suffers from something I suffered from greatly when I was younger and that was injustice.
Its unjust that some get away with being a troll and others dont
But at the end of the day...if you go into a rage just because you see a car full of scrotes tipping their macdonals cartons out the window when they are parked next to a bin....you will drive yourself mad.
Just make sure you dont be like that yourself and ignore what you obviously aint gonna change.

Every now and again you drop your guard and show you are bothered
Its refreshing. Shows you have a sensitive side lol
All you need is love.
Law, I've said a few times now he can be an asshole bordering on troll. But it's after people have a shot at him first. He knows the rules here and if anything is over the line, he's subject to the same rules as everyone.
Hey Steve,
Even ass holes and their posts ( clicks) add to the bottom line.
VIVA Capitalism.
Tamino that's bullshit. Generals posts lead to fewer posts and make some people post elsewhere. I put basic facts and truth above a lot of posts and more money. Im really not desperate for money
Steve,
Your explanation has been accepted.
