This is played with 20 numbers (5 Quads), Good results so far.
Procedure: Place 5 Quads (in a random order) Keep that bet, it's a static bet, only the progression matters.
Progression: Oscar's Grind; Wait for 1 loss, then start progression after next win. +1u bet for each win, (no change of bet when loss) until reach a new high, then reset.
First tests was played with 1u bets
Awesome work ignatus
I once had a lot of success with 6 quads 24 numbers
I wonder how that would do?

Thanks :)
I tried 24 numbers too, but that was no good, i think 20 numbers is the optimal bet for oscar's grind
4/4 Games won 8)
5/5 Games won
6/6 Games won
I notice when the graph drops it doesn't last more than 20 spins
So in 20 spins or less you recover
That's 30 minutes at a real table
Not bad

Yes, and it seems like drawdowns are kept low, that's the best thing. Playing with other progressions drawdowns can be much worse, oscar's grind is new to me, i read that blackjack players use it, but for this bet it seems to work pretty well, so far :)
Well, talk about the devil! This was a though session, i thought i never would recover, BUT IT DID! still, after this worst case scenario (that i survived) i think it's not too bad, (if you're having the bankroll needed).
7/7 Games won
8/8 Games won
Well, talk about the devil again! >:D This went to hell! :embarrassed: But the lesson from this session, IS that it's no use having a large bankroll/stoploss, Stoploss should be kept tight. Max 300-500u, so that will change the stats, (but still in profit overall).
(Let's say stoploss would be -300u)
7/9 Games won
Hi Ignatus,
Too bad about those losses but you have proposed adjusting stop loss.
I used the 5 quads that you showed but I went on Betway casino where before you pick a table you can see 10/12 or more tables with spin history and coming on as play proceeds. What I noticed was a vast difference from table to table. One table had 10 hits and 1 miss. Another was 13 misses and 5 hits. This shows what was/is hitting. Yes it will change but it shows what`s hot currently and should let you get some profit under your belt and leave the table before the turn. I have looked at a lot more tables history and it is the same so it proves DS is at work and we all know hot/repeat numbers/sectors etc. are a fact of roulette.
Hope this is a beneficial tweak.
Good luck, Brian
Well, this is another terrible loss. :-[ :-[
But i leave it as this, (you decide). I recommend a 300u stoploss, then we got
7/10 Games won
so let's calculate on that
Losses: 3*300= -900u
Wins: 7*200= +1400
Total= +500u
I am surprised that there has been no follow up post on this. I think it is basically very good and just needs tweaks. I did suggest looking at recent spin history to find what is currently hot. I have played this way and have had moderate and very good success (No losses) I think that not pushing your luck for too long. Re-track and find current new hot quads if you want to keep playing.
Who is going to try it.
Brian
