Title: Occham's Razor
Post by: ignatus on Feb 04, 04:10 PM 2017
This may be one of my best flatbet systems(?) more testing is needed, but good results from the first sessions...What's good about it;

+it's simple to play
+no difficult tracking needed
+no long waiting time is needed
+it can be played with a low bankroll

Procedure: Wait for a NEW dozen to hit (no repeats!), Now you bet all numbers within that particular dozen of the same color, all except that number hit (5 numbers bet). Do 7 spins, then STOP.

For an example;

New dozen hit, DOZ 1, number 3 RED--> Now you bet all RED number within DOZ 1(but NOT number 3!); numbers 1,4,7,9,12.

You STOP betting (and pick a new trigger) if any of these events happens:

(1) After 7 spins and no hit.
(2) After any win.
(3) IF the opposite color hits within the dozen bet.
(4) IF the unbet number hit, (of the same color bet).

Progression: -none- FLATBET

Bank: A LOW bank/stoploss can be used; 100u playing with 1u bets.

First tests was played with 1u bets, (wingoal +100u, stoploss -100u)

8/10 Games won

Im only joking ignatus but havnt you ever noticed that the graphs are the same.

The straight up (wow) one
The steady zig zag up
The big zig zag with a low dip
The one that looks good apart from the massive spike
The zig zag down and down and down.

We've seen how far this one can go, AND I recommend a 40-50u wingoal MAX playing this one, i will play from now on with that wingoal.

14/15 Games won (with a 40-50u wingoal)

Thanks for posting another interesting method.

I wonder if the results would be different if you include the triggering number also in the group of betting numbers.

This is probably what inspired me for Blacklight (read: mentally stole it  ;D ) as it basicly the same except also betting on the 6th number in the chosen colour & dozen.

Definately a workable strategy. It isnt fast and can feel a bit like getting nowhere or slowly forward, but at some point you usually hit that small streak of 2-4 numbers in that lands in the same dozen & you are suddenly up 70-100 units in just a moment. Oh and do keep an eye on the colour & dealer change. Here im mostly thinking about the rare situation where the last 15 numbers has all been Black then perhaps now it not the time to bet on the first Red that shows .. then again if a new dealer just sat down this moment it may matter little.

Huge fan, ignatus. I try all your methods. Thank you. This one is my favorite. Just to clarify, as soon as we hit, we wait for a new dozen, right? In my testing I've done that and seen 3 to 4 spins in the same dozen and they would've been more hits, but I was waiting for the new trigger.

Hi Thunder Pants,

Totally agree with what you are saying.  I was going 1 step forward and 2 steps back with this and basically getting nowhere (not losing) but now I know that is what to expect and to wait for that good run.  Did see that happen a few times so bail out after you are well up before it goes back to treading water.  Easy to play and no heart stopping moments.

Hi Thunder Pants,

Just been playing:   4 winners in 12 spins - nice.

Just one question: do you stop playing if an opposite colour comes out or do you just ignore it.   I bet including marker/hit number= 6 numbers.  I ignore opposite colour and sometimes it was the right thing to do and other times not.

I play without stopping at the opposite colour and without a set trigger also (but im strongly rethinking it). Thats also why i can win if i get 2-4 quick hits in the same "half dozen". Not that this works particular better i think and that if i hit 2-3 numbers (rare) in the same group feel very accidental. I mean its a fairly uncommon event and when it happens it could as well happen in right dozen but in the colour i didnt bet on. Also using my own judgement and not using a trigger (read: lazy bum couldnt be bothered to change it) probably has gotten me into more trouble & i would have been better off just rolling a dice for choosing the next "group" of numbers i guess (colours change so quickly sometimes). So id definately suggest sticking to Ignatus trigger & colour rule as all in all its clearly a safer bet.

play EXACTLY as ignatus suggests..........im commited to the razor.......works with live spin data......and using random number generator........i have been using on 0/00......covering both 0  00   as a single number bet also........instead of5# for 7spins........im using 7# for 5 spins.......thats the only difference

Yes, I agree and in a situation like what you described above (where the opposite color is dominant in recent spins), it might be more prudent to temporarily stop betting and just sit on the sidelines.

Of course, if another dozen hits with the number hit being of the dominant color, we can jump in and start playing the other numbers of the same color for that new dozen.

10 Games, 3 lost and 7 win (Stoploss at 100 and Take Profit at 50.)
76 units profit....
Last one was pretty bumpy....
All played with real roulette spins. I changed table after each win or loss.
Need more testing to see in the long run. May need some adjustment.
I wonder if it works better on RNG.

... just wondering why a thread like this goes "dead" for over a year.
All posts were positive, no negative stuff, but Iggy, you have created loads of systems since this one...
What happened, did it not hold up to further testing?
