This is 1-4 numbers bet. What i figure, it's waiting for a sector to become "hot", waiting for a second close hit, then betting a sector of 4 numbers within that particular "hot area" hit. IT's not the grail, but i've got decent test-results so far. Credits go to Mr.J
Procedure: BET first single number that hits. Now, you spin UNTIL any of that particular numbers 2 neighbours hit. WHEN any of the 2 neigbours hit, you bet those two numbers hit 2 neighbours. (4 numbers bet) and +1u bet and do 9 spins, then Stop/Restart IF hit, Restart bet with that single number hit.
For an example Zero hits, you bet Zero. Now you wait for any of Zero's two neighbours to hit (numbers 26 or 32), Let's say number 26 hits, Then you bet 0 & 26 and it's two neighbours--> number 3 & 32. So now sector 3,26,0,32 is bet THEN +1u bet and you do 9 spins, then Stop.
