I’m truly fascinated by the “hit and run†system players because they're basically like vampires!
(link:s://media.giphy.com/media/yZmDdyggxBPGw/giphy.gif)
1. They gamble only in the short term and tell us that our math and basic probability doesn’t apply to them, since they don’t gamble in the long term.
2. Since they don’t gamble in the long term, they don’t live in the long term. Consequently, they never really age. They’re like vampires! After all, if you only live a little bit at a time, and only exist in the short term, then you can live for a very very long time. Maybe foreveRRRRR!.
3. Since basic probability doesn’t apply to them , they never run the risk of getting sick or falling. They’re also never in car accidents, so there’s no need for them to ever worry about having to wear a seat belt, or a motor cycle helmet. After all, accidents only happen to people that live in the long term. So accident statistics don’t apply to them. They can even cross the street without having to look both ways!
(link:s://media.giphy.com/media/26ufaKwBoqwQItgic/giphy.gif)
4. They’re time travelers. They can travel both backwards and forward in time and can predict when bets are due to win!
5. They never have to pay a mortgage payment, rent, a car payment, or car insurance, because all of that stuff is for the long term folks. Duh!
6. They can jump out of plane and never hit the ground.
(link:s://i.pinimg.com/originals/d9/85/d9/d985d92bcf7c36163908e2e012b070e3.gif)
7. Lastly, they can run dagum fast! Sooo fast that there aiN’t no way dat the house edge is ever goNNa caTch em! You may only catch a glimpse of them out of the corner of your eye! They’re there for a brief second, and then they hit and run like the wind, off to some secret place that enables them to return at just the right moment when it’s time to win again!
Logic and commonsense are out the window! :)

mocking people who cause no harm disrupt forum integrity
you constantly (for example) mock and belittle notto and KTF.....you dont agree with it...you have stated why you do not agree with it..which is fine no problem there..so instead of letting it go you make threads on various forums about it
you just keep going and going and going
you have never used this forum for its intended purpose only to tell people what they are doing cant work
guys like notto never did a thing to you, they post their results and thats it
you cant handle it
you never have and never will use any sub section of this forum for what it is for so you should leave
you are so bothered, its funny actually....and sad...at the same time.....
Does short term hit&run play give you a net positive expectation when the long term expectation is net negative ?
No.
The combined results of all your hit&run play will eventually converge with long term probability. It's math.
If the system play is a winner, the longer you play the winnings will increase. You should play the system continuously for as long as you can to win as much as possible.
Play your system with flat bet. The use of any progression betting has to be based on math reason - the higher the bet amount the higher probability of a win vv. Negative progression for loss recovery is another misleading proposition. The only condition for it to work is when the variance of your system play is limited - you have to provide proof.
The best comparison I have to you in the real world is:
- a dogs infected anal gland
- a liberal at a university
both equally annoying
Ghost,
Have you noticed that for every one post I make that you will often make three to five???
And have you noticed that I don't resort to name calling?
Logic, common sense, and math don't care who you are or what your name is. Don't take everything so personally. Step back, and attempt to find a sense of humor in some posts rather than viewing them as some kind of personal attack.
Best of luck,
The General.
no. i will keep bothering you.
hey remember when you were a moderator and edited posts like Mr J did?
(link:s://:.reactiongifs.us/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/that_was_awesome_tommy_boy.gif)
And here we go....."I promise I'll be a good boy Steve" but thats not enough is it Caleb?
Im not calling you Real, or Dr Sir whatever whatever or The General or Xander or Snowman
Im calling you Caleb.
youve been good for a bit. A bit irritating, but OK, but thats not enough. You arnt getting enough reaction from that. It gives you no buzz.
So we step up a notch with a bit more insult and a few more stupid Gifs.
You are here to disrupt the forum, not to educate anyone.
Your self perceived success is just words. Mostly cut and paste.
I have set your watched higher
You will be moderated soon unless you go back to your promise to Steve to be a "Good Boy"
Can you hold back on a direct attack at me....the Moderator?
or is the impulse too strong.
This blanket claim that ALL systems play is a automatic loser due to HE is inaccurate.
This is an example, I am not 100% certain.
I welcome anyone to provide the evidence that this Andre Chass system played with baccarat is a loser.

There are systems play with net positive expectation, they aren't posted on forums.
This notion that cause and effect and/or wheel and ball AP with or without the use of roulette computer is the only way to win at roulette is inaccurate.

According to RouletteGhost roulette systems like that don't work.
"Any and all methods will lose long term due to the house edge"-RouletteGhost"No matter what you test long term it will fail. It is called the house edge and unfair payout"-RouletteGhost
I agree with Ghost. Would you like to see proof? I can provide it, provided that it doesn't upset you and provided that we can stick to the subject.
Best of luck,
-The General.
Turner,
I haven't called you any names. I only attack the message.
However...now that you mention it, you have said some rather unkind things about and directly to me. I can handily point them out if you'd like, however I don't feel that it's worth the effort. So what do you say we keep things more civil. ;)
People should not be so offended by every post.
If a system player doesnt want to be told why their system wont work, then don't read the reasoning.
If a system player doesnt want to argue the logic, then use the "system players section" where APs and logical discussion of tests and math are basically forbidden.
For players willing to learn, even if the truth is inconvenient, pay close attention to what is being said.
Caleb and I are very different on some levels. But on some levels we see things the same way. One of our shared views is probably frustration at the stupidity of some system players, who bury their heads in sand and refuse to consider basic logic and math. And they think we (APs) have the problem.
For one thing, is it coincidence the entire professional gaming community acknowledges AP as legitimate threat to casinos, and approaches like repeaters to be garbage and ideal for a casino's revenue? There are very few AP forums, and they are much more quiet, because:
1. We already knows what does and doesnt work. And any testing is done in private, away from casino staff, and not on a public forum,
2. There are a lot more system players than APs (more losers than winners)
3. Most of us cant be bothered trying to explain the basics to people who dont care to learn
When we try and explain basic facts politely, we get attacked. People who dont like having their beliefs challenged, and they often take it personally. In response, the truth gets explained again, although this time with a bit of attitude. After all, you're only human and trying to help people - but they just don't want the help.
So the question is if a member has knowledge that will help people, but it is unwelcome, should the knowledge be shared? After all, it isnt appreciated. And it's certainly less appreciated if the knowledge comes with attitude.
I mean well with my explanations, although I'm human and can give some attitude too. It is in response to attacks, but what gets me frustrated more than anything is ignorance and people that just dont get it. Caleb gets attacked too, even when he's calmly explaining why something wont work. Watch carefully..... anyone who opposes someone's view tends to get attacked.
With regards to Caleb, dont be so touchy with a bit of attitude. Many of you behave towards him in a way that is not exactly perfect either.
Caleb knows, or should know where the line is, and has said he'll focus on rational discussion without being a complete ass.
Ultimately consider the message - what is being said. You might learn something. It does no good to immediately refute something without testing. Try to understand what is being said. And often a bit of humor can help the message sink in.

I have asked on Andre's thread for anyone to show evidence, example play 1000++ games with live baccarat shoes that prove his system is a loser. If your proof is just some math formula, that's not the proof I look for, I can do the math.
My purpose is IF no one can produce this evidence, it is proof that systems play can win at gambling games.
I wait for this 1000++ games played with live baccarat shoes to prove Andre Chass Pattern Attack is a loser.

he created this thread to disrupt the forum...turner was not offended he just called him out on that fact
then caleb exhibits the Mr J victim complex and says "try and keep it civil"

RG, this is not GF and there is a level of behavior that wont be tolerated. Caleb knows this too. It goes both ways.
You dont need to respect each other. But everyone still needs to back up and understand RF is not a continuation of the GF gibberish and arguments. I'm just asking everyone to adjust attitudes here for the sake of relevance and productivity.

RG I get it, really. But I've discussed it with Caleb and I believe he will try and keep it civil. But that's hard to do if he is not given a chance.
Yes we have been here before. And if nothing changes then it will end the same way - its a click and not hard to do. At the moment although he is unpopular, his productivity outweighs the negatives of him being here. You dont need to respond to him or read anything he writes. You can actually ignore / hide his posts in your settings if you like.

Caleb belittled and name called gazillion times.
You are lying if you say he didn't.
The same reason I don't engage with both of you.
The reason your moderation is uneven handed, lacks credibility.
Here, Turner stepped up to draw the line.
TQ sir.
Ultimately consider the message - what is being said. You might learn something. It does no good to immediately refute something without testing. Try to understand what is being said. And often a bit of humor can help the message sink in.
I know what Caleb has been like previously. Hence why he was moderated for so long. All that's different is moderation was removed. If history repeats, he will be moderated again.
Simply report posts you feel are against the rules.
This thread is approaching the line, because it is poking a bit of fun at system players. But there is method behind this. When someone doesn't wake up to reality, you can poke them. You can whisper in their ear. And if they still don't wake up, you need to slap them in the face.
As I see it, Caleb here is using analogies and humor in attempt to get through. No doubt he enjoys poking fun a little, which he needs to be careful of.
And again, focus on the message, not so much the delivery. The delivery is more another way of explaining things. And yes i'm aware it is borderline.

If people are interested in the AP aspects of roulette they will look into it
This is a system forum for people who choose to play different ways, as silly as it may be at times
He’s the lunatic doing this for years
As smart as you are surprised you don’t see it
Beats a dead horse for what most know
Oh well
Quote from: RouletteGhost on Apr 11, 10:52 PM 2018This is a system forum for people who choose to play different ways, as silly as it may be at times
Different people have different reasons for being here. I think the vast majority are hoping to crack roulette and profit. It is not just a hobby. That's why I find it important to challenge inaccurate information to ensure people head in the right direction. Over the years Ive known many people to lose because of bad advice on the forum. Sure it's their fault for being gullible and not learning properly. But as admin I dont want the forum to be loaded with a bunch of crap that is harmful, and easily refuted.
Quote from: RouletteGhost on Apr 11, 10:52 PM 2018As smart as you are surprised you don’t see it
Simply I put truth and facts ahead of popularity, and minor irritation of some members. Or should I be the only person trying to beat sense into people making potentially life-changing mistakes. Remember, most people here see roulette as a serious venture to profit, not just a hobby. So there are more serious consequences if I just let bullshit reign supreme.
I believe in a balanced forum. And
most of the time, the balance is way out in favor of inaccurate and potentially harmful information. Unfortunately the popular information is actually the bullshit information. If I only cared about a busy forum full of happy posters, I would just shut my mouth. I'd rather a quieter but more productive forum.
We can waste time on these points, but it is better if everyone just focus on finding NEW approaches to try.
Imagine if everyone could properly test and easily see their mistakes. Imagine if people learned what works and why. At the moment so much energy is put into a dead end, that has been met billions of times by gamblers before. Learning here is way too slow.
I enjoy reading the general and steves posts. They are like the bad cop and the good cop. The system players are like drug addicts and theyre only a problem if they also deal the stuff, they only do harm to themselves when they promptly aknlowdge theyre playing systems for fun, but once a system gets hailed as a holy grail then expect the backfire.
Let the general disrupt the forum if all you read is mediocrity and the blind leading the blind. I take it some ppl will never learn the basics like those who still believe in perpetual motion. Those are lost cases but theres hope for some.
