Republicans Pushing To Ban Same Earmarks They Used To Ban Online Gambling
Republican lawmakers, well known for their use of earmarks over the years, are now pushing for earmarks to be eliminated in Congress. Without the earmarks, however, the online gambling ban in the US may have never been created.

I'm all for overturning the ban, but earmarks had absolutely nothing to do with it.
