i would like to share with you an idea which is suitable for a dynamic system only works with real roulette no RNG.
the idea is simple, all you need is to lock the wheel as follows:
1- identify the launch point of the ball (#pocket)
2- identify the exit point of the ball where the ball leaves the track (#pocket)
3- identify the final result, this where the ball rests
lets see this example, dealer launches the ball from number 19 (so this is the launch point), the ball rotates clockwisely and hits the diamond above the number 12 (so this is the exit point), the ball bounces and land at number 36 (so this is the final result).
if you keep this tracking for every spin, you will be able to predict the result up to certain extent.
