It reminds me of "The Very Near Infallible Roulette System". It's explained on this board by GLC. I can't post a link because they aren't allowed, but search for it. I wrote a simulation for it years ago (results weren't good in the long run).

That s not important if the system is a long term winner.
You can do as you like but i do not get the bet selection which is the most important.
