I think answer is 'yes'
and
0.10unit value minimum on live wheel. (good eh?)( and U can put as little as 5 Euro deposit.)
(note 1.00unit value on fun wheel with 500 start balance- good for testing and practice as uses live feed video from wheel.

If this casino group using same studio:- celtic, fairway and castle casino stretches their table limit from 10 cents to $50 or Euro 50 and keep the same limit for outside bets as william hill does and improve their software a bit and introduce live chat, no one can beat them. They have got best dealers in the industry, the most lively and friendly ones. They pay real fast. I played on celtic since it started.

I have a few small notes to add re the Demo (Fun) play at Fairway Casino.
Watch the table limits on the Demo table.
Outside EC bets are 10 unit minimum.
Ur starting Balance will always be 500 units.
If U leave the table/software link and return later- the software will not remember Ur play balance, since Ur not actually playing with an account.
This is important, esp for testing, since U have to see through U test in one session, and U only have the 500 units to use.
Of course U can instantly re-load the 500 and continue the test if U make a note of change in money values.
There is no choice of table limits with the Demo play- just the one pre-set table.
In real account mode, there are three (3) levels of table limits.
