From my previous post:
The $15,385 Casino Guru case raises serious questions that Bets.io has yet to answer. According to the complaint, Bets.io accepted the player's KYC, closed the account, and allegedly withheld the disputed balance. When the case was taken to Casino Guru for mediation, the casino reportedly stopped engaging. If accurate, that leaves a straightforward question: why wasn't the dispute properly explained or resolved?
And this does not appear to be the only complaint involving Bets.io. A Bitcointalk report describes a player who deposited approximately $20,000 in USDC, received around $6,000 back, and claims the remaining $14,000+ was confiscated. The player also alleges that Bets.io did not provide sufficient evidence explaining the confiscation.
Then there is the reported 3 BTC "Gold Wheel" dispute, involving a prize worth roughly $200,000 at the time. The player says they recorded the winning result but received only a much smaller USDT payment. Whether this resulted from the game's terms, a disputed interpretation of the rules, or something else remains a matter that Bets.io casino should explain with evidence.
There are also questions surrounding the company's corporate structure.
Bets.io casino has been associated with TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L. in Costa Rica, while historical material from 2021 reportedly identified Alpha Affiliates executives Boris Pashnev and Roman Bespalov as being connected to the ownership or operation of Bets.io. Bespalov was also publicly associated with Bets.io's affiliate operations before moving to Alpha.
That raises legitimate questions: What happened between the earlier Alpha connection and the current TESSERA structure? Who ultimately owns TESSERA? What is the relationship between TESSERA, Alpha Affiliates, and the other brands reportedly connected to the same network?
These questions matter because corporate ownership and operating entities determine who is accountable when substantial player disputes arise.
Casino Guru's publicly available information also shows a significant number of complaints and a very low safety assessment for Bets.io casino. Those figures do not, by themselves, establish wrongdoing, but they provide context for why players may reasonably want clearer answers about unresolved cases.
The central issue is therefore not simply whether every complaint against Bets.io casino is valid. It is whether players can obtain clear explanations, supporting evidence, and a meaningful resolution when large balances are disputed.
The $15K case is only one reported dispute. Alongside the other allegations and unanswered questions about the corporate structure, it deserves public scrutiny.
Bets.io casino should address the allegations directly: explain the disputed confiscations, provide the evidence supporting its decisions, clarify the ownership and operator structure, and explain why unresolved complaints remain unresolved.
