I chose this title to get your attention.
If you're reading this, I guess it worked.
If this has been presented by another member already, please forgive me. I just thought of it while playing around with my 1-3-6-9 system.
This is the last 2 bets of that system.
We bet 1 unit on an even chance bet. If we win, we bet both units on the last 2 dozens to hit. If we win, we are up 2 units.
Example: The last 2 spins were B6-R19. We bet 1 unit on Red. The next number is R18 so we win 1 unit. We take the unit we bet and the unit we won and bet 1 unit on the 2nd dozen and 1 unit on the 1st dozen. If either of these dozens hit, we have 3 units. The original 1 unit we bet and the 2 we won.
We use a +1 on a loss and -4 on a win progression. Anytime we are at even or a new high we start over at 1 unit.
This system seems to work because of the better odds of hitting the 2nd bet to win another unit. Granted, when we lose the 2nd bet, we lose 2 units, but remember one of the units was won from the casino, so we are only risking 1 of our own units.
That logic may be convoluted, but on the surface it sounds reasonable.
Any thoughts as to why this is a bad way to bet.
I have tested it and am ahead +50 units so far.
We can use any bet selection method for both bets. Choose your weapon.
Also, we can use any progression. The fibo. The classic martingale for 2:1 bets works. I don't doubt that the pluscoup would work.
It's all food for thought.
Heck, I think we can use this on Flatino's Consistent winning bet.. Everytime you win an 8 unit bet, just divide the winnings in half and bet on 2 dozens.
Okay, I may be getting a little too far out in left field.
What do you think? ::)

Dear Chrisbis,
Is the short for Chrispy Bisquit. One of my favorites.
I've been meditating on your input above and have taken your advice and will tweak my own system. Fancy that.
Bet 1 unit on an even chance.
If you win keep doin it.
If you lose, bet 1 unit on each of 2 dozens.
If you win, you're even. Keep betting 1 unit on an even chance.
If you lose, you are down 3 for this trot.
Increase your bet to 2 units on an even chance.
If you win, bet 2 units on an even chance. If you win you are up 1. Reset to 1 unit.
If you lose, increase to 3 units on an even chance. etc...
Always stay at the next level until you are plus 1, then reset.
Keep playing to whin an e.c. and if you lose, try to recover with a 2 dozen bet.
So far, this is very, very effective.
I challenge Chrisbis to lose 100 units before you win 25 units.
Game on! :)
George
Chris,
I just played 2 sessions and won +25 on each.
I did cheat on the second session and played the following tweak.
1 unit on the even chance. When I lose, I bet 4 units, 2 on each of 2 dozens. If I win, I'm up +1 so start over.
If I lose, I bet 5 units on each of 2 dozens. If I win, I'm even so start over.
If I lose, I go to 2 units on e.c.
A loss here and I go to 4 units on each of 2 dozens. Lose here and I go to 10 units on each of 2 dozens.
This method gives us +1 if we win on the e.c. bet or the 1st 2 dozen bet and break even if we win on the 2nd 2 dozen bet. Only when we lose all three bets do we go one step to the right on the bet line. Once we are betting at a level, we can't go to the left until we are at a new high. Unless you want to.
Even though I won with the tweak, I don't think it is as stable as the original bet of:
1 one e.c., if lose 1 on each of 2 dozens. If lose go to 2 on e.c.
George.
P.S. Once you understand this system, it's easy to play and there's no tracking involved. All you have to do is keep track of your high point so you will know when to start over with a new attack.

George, Ur cracking me up now, and I thought I did the humour 'round 'ere!!
(To Track or not to Track- that is the question.............Whether it is nobler in the mind........)
Nice posting G. will have a full long look at the wittle ducks swimming and playing in the pond.
(Have to go Christmas food shopping with my 'ducks' first.)
(then there's the shelf to put up which I promised would be done in time for Chrimbo)
(then there's work still to be completed, since a clients pipes froze up due to lack of insulation
and a nice gaping hole through to the roof space that the developer has 'left')
(and then I must do something with my hair!)
PS.
What happened to Ur avatar?
Are U all watching the winter solstice here or something ?
I love U George. (and no Esoito, it does not meant we're thro! Just sharing the warmth of my love around with my posse) (that's posse Carsch. not pussy!)-some people eh~~.
I acknowledge Ur challenge. x
2 more sessions under my belt. +25 on both.
I don't even keep track of how far down I go.
I play everything in my head. No tracking. Hallelujah.
I have been using a martingale type progression. Dangerous, I know. But, so far the hit rate is so good that I haven't really had much of a scare.
I play 1-2-5-12. That's a 60* unit buy-in. If I lose on 12 I call it a lost session. I play all levels to win 2 times to get me back to +1 or +2.
I play this way because I base the system on winning all my units off the 1 unit bet.
Once I lose a 1 unit bet, every bet thereafter is just to recover back to even.
*60 units because when you lose at a level, you lose 3 times the units bet. The 1 on the e.c. and 2 on the 2 dozens. So that's 20 X 3 = 60.
If you have any questions, I'm ready.
G
Chris,
You're missing out on all the fun.
Another session to +24.
I play R/B on the e.c.s and I play ftl. This last session had 11 blacks in a row. That makes for a short session.
I've noticed that the system surges ahead on streaks and when things are a little choppy, the 2 dozen recovery bet helps bide your time until another streak happens which will quickly get you back to even so you can start winning those 1 unit bets.
G.
P.S. I can still modify this post so adding another +25 unit session to the tally.
Back again. This is getting crazy. Another session to +25 in only about 20 mins. :-[
Chris, I know you're sleeping like a baby right now. Probably dreaming about all those ducks you're hoping to blow to smithereens when duck season comes around.
After you get your normal 10 hours of sleep in and you're finally ready to have your eyes pop out of your head when you see that you've been wasting your time with all these other systems because you just can't figure out how to make this baby lose. I've come up with what I think is the premiere betting system for this one.
It's the standard labby cancellation system.
Start with ten 1's. Bet the 1st and last number (in this case 2) on the e.c. If you win cross off the two numbers you just bet. If you lose, write the 2 on the right end just as per normal. Now you bet 2 units on the 2 dozens. If you win cross of the 2 you just wrote on the right end of your line. If you lose the 2 units on 2 dozens, write 2 more 2's to the right of the last 2 you wrote. Now bet the furthest left and furthest right numbers on an e.c. If you win, cross off those 2 numbers.
Simple and very effective. Keeps you from getting too high on your bets. Keeps your betting organized and is just a little itty bitty bit of pencil and paper work.
Try it when you have time. I need someone else's input, and your's will have to do since no one else seems interested.
Just kidding. Don't get your tail feathers up. You know I value your input. Especially when, on that rare occasion, I can understand what you're writing.
Good luck forever,
George
Okay Chris,
I wanted to try out the cancellation method a little more so I did 264 spins worth.
I won 12 sessions @ 5 units per session for a total of 60 units won.
That's .23 units per spin or 1 unit every 4-5 spins.
Highest bet was 21 units on 2 dozens for 42 units on the table at one time.
Three of the session were long grinds and the other 9 were short and sweet.
Seems to be pretty stable so far.
I'm waiting for the hammer to fall.
George
Additional comments on this reply.
I just tried playing this system using the pluscoup or Oscar's Grind method and did very well. Seemed to keep my bets lower than the negative progressions.
It could be that the pluscoup is the best method to play this system with.
Wrong,
Just had a losing session with the pluscoup. This is the only loss I have had so I'm withdrawing my vote for this bet system.
The cancellation is still the safest so far without being a total grind.
I am going to start testing flat betting to see how it fares.
G
George, the problem with the pluscoup is that you are accelerating the house edge against yourself.
You are going to encounter more runs of WL rather than WW.
That is why slots players who have a win get offered a double or nothing proposition.
Thanks FL,
Your right. The Pluscoup was doing well for a short while and then it was like everything went into slow motion. Felt like I was trying to climb a hill on a wet, muddy day.
Unfortunately, flat betting seems to always come up a little short.
I know that many of you will warn me that if you can't win with a flat bet, you will eventually lose with a progression.
I know that is true. I'm hoping that this will win enough so the losses don't take back everything.
I know this is a busy time of the year for all of us, but I find myself with enough time to test this since it's really easy to play and is actually a stress reliever for me.
Sometimes I forget that the reason I started playing roulette was to win money and not just test systems ad infinitum.
It's very frustrating not to be able to easily and legally play on internet sites here in the US. I think the laws may change soon.
Regards,
George
This topic is so dead, I'm replying to my own posts.
I've decided that I'm the tweakingest tweaker that ever tweaked. I'm starting to write like Donald Duck talks.
Here's my new way to play.
Cancellation bet method.
Start by only writing a 1.
Bet 1 on an even chance. If you lose, put the 1 beside the 1st 1 so you will have 11.
Now bet 2 on the last 2 dozens. If you win you are up +1 for this attack. Reset.
If you lose, write the two 2's to the right of the two 11's. You will have 1122.
Next bet 3 on an e.c. If you win cross off the two end numbers. You will have 12.
Since you won on the e.c., bet 3 on an e.c. again. If you win you will complete your line and be up +1. Reset.
If you lose this 3 bet, add 3 to the right of your line. You will have 123.
Now bet 1+3=4 on 2 dozens. If you win cross off the 1 and the 3. You will have 2.
If you lose write two 4's to the right of your line. You will have 12344.
Next bet 5 on your e.c. etc...
Anytime you complete a line, you will be up +1 unit, the original unit you wrote down before you started to bet.
An option that I play very often is if I win on a 2 dozens bet, instead of betting on an e.c. next, I continue to play the next bet amount on 2 dozens. As soon as I lose, I then go back to betting on the e.c. and stay on it until I lose and then I move to the 2 dozens bet.
Doing it this way, you can catch some long runs on on of the bet types that can recover a lot quick if your down or add a lot to your winnings if your even or up.
Okay, that's enough for tonight.
Sleep tight, all. And to all a good night!!
G
Here's a short file to help see how I play this system.
G
Hey, I just noticed on the xls file attached to the above post, that the formatting in the amount bet column got messed up and changed to date. Please ignore the 2010. the 02/02, 04/04, 07/07 are correct.
Sorry about that.
Summary time:
As many of you know, I have played around with a lot of systems on this and other forums and usually they win for a while and then hit a down turn which causes us to give up on them.
Some of them, if we played them long enough, could probably be winning systems for us. Like F_LAT_INO said, if we develop intuition and feeling so that every bet isn't mechanical we might just be able to pull a couple of percent away from the casinos.
This system feels to me like it may be a winner. I have played many systems that I could tell were not going to deliver long term. This one seems to have a high enough hit rate to keep ahead of the casinos.
It's still early in the testing, but I think this has high potential.
The reason I like it over systems like F_LAT_INO's Consistent Winning Bet is that we are not putting out so much money. Starting a progression at 8 units is a little too rich for my blood.
With this system, we start with 1 unit and a 200 unit buy-in will give us a solid backing. So far I have won 334 units playing this system. That's about1200 spins worth of play. I have been down close to 75 units a couple of times, but never more than 75.
The last 100 units have been won with the cancellation method starting with 1 unit and everytime I clear the line I have won my unit. Most of the time this happens within the first 5 spins.
If any of you are keeping an eye on this topic, rest assured that I will continue to test and post results and if it keeps performing, please feel free to jump in and help test it.
Cheers,
G
Everything that follows was added later to the above post.
I think I like to start off with a little different line.
Let's start with 25 1's. 1111111111111111111111111. If we finished this line we would have won 25 units. In order to keep the bets lower, we always start with a 1 unit bet. If we lose we add that unit to the end of the line. Our next bet is 2 units on 2 dozens From here on we play per normal except that we are not trying to win all 25 units. Once we have won 10 units, we terminate this line and start over with a new 25 1's.
The reason for this change is that if we start with a single 1 and have a few losses in the beginning, our bet size can skyrocket pretty quickly. With 25 1's we are usually increasing our bet size by only 1 unit each step. This is much safer and wins quickly enough.
By the way, I won another 30 units, so I'm up to 364 units. I had a start from hell starting with a 1 unit line. I had 11 losses in a row before I won even 1 bet. I was down 130 units before I knew what hit me. The good thing is that by spin 29 I had recovered and won my 1 unit.
thanks for posting this george, your efforts are much appreciated.
merry christmas.
George
I am following this thread closely..just the timing hasnt been great for me..keep up the good work
Thanks Guys,
I hope that when you have more time I will have provided a solid foundation for us to continue with or have determined that I am just having a lucky streak and that this is no better than just betting straight even chances or dozens.
Sometimes I think that going to the 2 dozen bet because of a higher hit rate isn't necessarily that good because of the lower payoff on a win and greater loss amount.
So far they are working together well. Still can't rule out luck.
I don't know if triggers would improve our odds or LW tracking would make it safer or just slower.
G
Rats! I just had my 1st loss. It was shocking how bad things were going and the turn arounds were way too short to pull out of the hole. And then, when I was down about 150 units, I did what I have a tendency to do when playing for real. I made a couple of big bets hoping for a lucky hit that would move me back to down 75 or so and I lost.
Now, I have to think about the psychological factors in the game. Here I was testing, not playing for real money, and I didn't follow my game plan and got burned for it. This just goes to show how difficult it is to keep under control especially when it's real money on the table.
Oh well. That's just one loss and I'm still ahead of the game so I'll keep testing and see if I can recover.
Cheers,
George

And that's why a tracker/tool/bot can assist immensely! By removing the human psychology and getting into a level play field aligned with the
coldness of the game.
Hope you can make-up for your losses dear GLC. Perhaps consider some for of clicker for laying bets on the clicker and not on the table, so you must think twice about what you are doing!

Hi George.
Sorry to hear of Ur first down draw.
Can I ask U to give the community what it was in principle that caused Ur losses?
Cheers George.
Chris,
I played exactly as outlined in Reply #20 after my salutation.
The problem was that I just couldn't win anything. I lost 7 or 8 in a row which got my bets up pretty high and then I had a lot of Wins followed by 3 or 4 losses. Kept going deeper in the hole. As I said, I finally made a couple of big bets when I was approaching my 200 unit stop loss and lost both of them.
I don't know how often a sequence like this will come around, but I don't think if will be that often. Only testing will tell.
As for my suggestion to go with the 25 1's vs One 1 for your cancellation line, I'm not sure which is the best. The 25 keeps you from increasing your bet size so quickly, but it also gives more time for a long stretch of gradual losses to erode your bank. At least when you start with only One 1, it's usually quick and you can offset losses with a few wins.
My head hurts. Help me! ??? :-\
