I intend to show you how to create a bot.
Adding in new features as we go.
Features like Load and Save.
Remember window positions.
Tabs. And how to use them.
Naming objects.
Moving objects.
Adding in new systems or elements.
Modifying the script.
By adding new procedures one by one.
You should be able to understand the complete process.
And with luck.
Be able to create your very own bot.
This will be a walk through.
With detailed explanation on what each procedure does.
How they work.
How to modify them.
How to see if they are working.
Covering things like adding menus.
Open and Save dialogs.
Memos.
Text fields.
Buttons.
And lots more.
Many of the stuff has already been covered in previous tutorials.
So I may end up repeating my self.
However...
Repetition is a good way to learn.
You may have seen some of the previous examples I have done.
I hope to make this tutorial the most in-depth tutorial to date.
With all I have learned.
With a great deal of explanations.
So you can hopefully understand what does what.
And how the scripts work.
As each section or procedure is added in.
You should be able to see something unfold.
And how you yourself can modify the scripts.
Or change the information to suit your needs.
Why am I using thomasgrant_2.psc ???
Despite how small it is.
And despite how simple it is.
It is by far the most powerful script that Silver has written for me.
It contains in it. Much of what I want a script to do.
We just got to add to it.
Modify it.
Change it.
So it will be even more powerful.
And RSS PRO will allow us to do exactly that.
So stick around.
I am sure that many of you may find this tutorial very useful.
And will refer back to it from time to time.
