Title: Universal Principle, Almost.
Post by: GLC on Jan 18, 03:22 PM 2011
I want to begin this post with this statement.  "I believe in trends!"

Please do not try to convince me that trending isn't a valid principle in Roulette.  I'm too naive to comprehend it.  Thanks.

Track dozens until you have 2 different dozens and 1 of them has hit twice.  That could look like this: 1-2-2; 2-1-2; 3-3-2, 3-1-3 ect...

On the next spin bet on these 2 dozens.

If you win, re-track and start over.

If you lose, re-track and start over.

You can play this with a flat bet, but I like playing Hermes' leveller progression. 1-2-4 and continue betting 4 until you are Plus.

This means that every time you lose, the next bet after re-tracking is the next level in the progression.

Since trends are valid for dozens, they are also valid for Lines, Streets, Splits and Single Numbers.  I only play these with a flat bet.

When playing Lines, Streets, Splits and Single Numbers we continue tracking so we can play the most hit and most recent Streets, lines, etc... because they are the ones that are trending.

I usually stop anytime I am plus.

100 units is a good stop-loss, but you can decide for yourself.

Always track until 2/3s of the lines, streets, splits or single numbers have hit and 1/3 of them have hit twice.

Good Luck to All,

George

Good one, GLC

As the share, options and currency traders say:  "The trend is your friend."

And not without good reason, too  ;)

Someone pointed out that another way to track for betting is to wait for 1 on the dozens to miss 3 times in a row and then bet on the other 2 dozens to continue to hit.  Makes sense to me.

Same method could be used for lines.  Just wait for 2 lines to miss 6 times in a row and bet the other 4 lines.

Streets, splits, numbers etc... same thing, although once betting on these, you need to keep track of most recent and most often hit spots for the trending.

I prefer playing this on the streets.  Single numbers take too long to track and dozens take almost no tracking at all.
