Title: BetPhoenix?
Post by: ThomasGrant on Jan 27, 10:46 PM 2011
I got a pm.
And the member mentioned BetPhoenix.
Has anyone heard of it?

QuoteBetPhoenix (the only live wheel open to Americans).

BetPhoenix Sportsbook has a live American Wheel---BUT minimum bets are $10 inside/outside and sometimes the croupier doesn't spin the ball properly--on fun money she does, but on real money she may drop the ball in and spin the wheel or spin the ball and barely spin the wheel (so it stops while the ball is spinning.)

Last time I had money in there (two weeks ago) I couldn't cashout.

Thomas,

  I play BetPhoenix almost daily.

No problems as far as I can see.

The table minimums might be a bit high for most of the players here but the baccarat and blackjack table minimums are excellent.

I do get a monthly check from them when I cash out but have never tried to cash out using a direct deposit or anything like that.   I just get the "one free check" a month thing.  The check arrives exactly on the date specified.

I'm glad they are doing right by you ADulay, because BetPhoenix Sportsbook has been a nightmare as of late.  I was given a $25 Christmas chip to play on sports, met the wagering requirement and had $37 elgible to cashout.  There was no option to have the money mailed to me as the cashier wasn't working properly.  I chatted with customer service and they wouldn't help, I asked them to transfer the money to their RNG website, BetPhoenixCasino.com (which was working properly) and they wouldn't.  "Email these people", "email those people", "this is not my department".  I couldn't get the money.

STOP!

BetPhoenixCasino is not BetPhoenix.

Look at the two graphics posted up in a thread on this forum and see which one you are playing at.

BetPhoenixCasino = crap.
BetPhoenix =  winning players (well, at least my group) , full payouts, no problems.

Should we make that thread a sticky so others don't wind up at the wrong one all the time???

YES!

But it needs to be put in the ONLINE GAMING section -- not here.
