For all guests, newbies and all members who may not be aware
of the existance of the TippinG Tool,
(Creator- Forum Admin Victor L Senior),
this following revealed screen shot picture,
is what we have all been on about for quite a while now.

I have inputted some numbers for U to view its function, the next thing for me to do, would have been to have hit 'Return' on the keyboard, or navigate over to the submit button.
Then I would send the latest number to the server.
Its a Server based tipping service, where users who have bought sessions
(tho iminant testing will be free whilst evaluation is taking place),
send in previous spin results, and the TooL,
will eventually send YOU a selection of flat bet numbers to bet on.
It maybe the case that U input 10 or so actual result spun numbers into the server, before getting anything back.
