Title: Online Casinos' softwares
Post by: vundarosa on Feb 04, 03:17 AM 2011
Hi Guys,

New kid on the block here (to the forum and roulette gaming world), so please be gentle on me :)

Heres a question about online casino softwares.

Do they look at your previous bet to determine what will be the numbers to come up on the next spins?

What I mean is this; if you're playing a negative progression, increasing your stake after each loss (going deeper), will the software, based on your say 5 (or so?) last numbers that came out and the fact that you lost all of them, will the software calculate what numbers you're probably betting on?!

I ask this because when playing for real money (it doesn't happen so much in fun mode) I notice it becomes very difficult to win a stake if you're too deep on the negative progression where you are betting on the same column/12th/even-odd/black-red.

I suspect there's an algorithim on the softwares that narrows down out bets and ensures that only certain number will come and that's how they get out money. . .

Anyone?

Buddy,
It is not like that. Be it an RNG or real wheel, a single number comes as winner every spin. We categorise it as RED/BLACK/EVEN/ODD/LOW/HIGH/DOZENS/COLUMNS/LINE/CORNER/STREET/SPLIT ETC. Indeed, these are very vaguely defined groups and in reality there is no group like this. If you play like this, you are bound to lose and get trapped into gamblers' fallacy that if 7 times RED has shown, it is time for a BLACK to show. Every spin is unique and whether it is an RNG or real wheel and ball, no prediction is possible. Any spin can generate any number in any order. There can be a number showing 15 times in 100 spins and a few numbers may remain sleeper for even longer than 100 spins. Those selling bots for online use and roulette computers for real casino play always mislead people in thinking that they can overcome this randomness by predicting future outcomes more accurately. They just try to use any bet selection (be it RED/BLACK or any EC or dozen/column etc.) with unwise progressions like martingale. Roulette is all about understanding the reality that whatever you put on betting is being risked and can be lost. It is all about taking chances with smart betselections, triggers, progressions, stoploss and loss recovery while protecting yourself from negative streaks and sleepers and getting full benefit of positive streaks.

heyyy, thx for your reply.
my question arose from the fact that if you make say 1/4 of your balance real quick, more often than not a long streack appears shortly after, which is very uncommon if your gain is just marginal.  well, maybe i'm just seeing ghosts in the dark. . .

btw, ever met/talked to an actual roulette software programmer?. . .

I believe and respect only those programmers who can make helpful and automatic bots for our chosen systems and progressions. Seek help from Tiago, Ophis, Superman, Thomasgrant and Bayes in this respect. Victor-VLS is himself a great programmer.
