IN THE MIDDLE OF A BET AND ...
BOOM! MONEY LOST
Agreed. That is very annoying. Why can't they give people warnings prior to doing maintenance? >:(

That's why I like betvoyager.
They write in the news if they will have maintenance.
good casinos have schedules for maintainance and bad ones doesnt.
you should not play big progressions online anyway. must be prepared every time for this.
You r at their mercy. Actually as i understand it, u r at mercy of any casino, but there at least
they don't shut your game down for no reason. Online they can do anything with your money. and as much as they please. So you have to make sure that whatever u lose there must not be too painful for u.
Something else that's disturbing. At many casinos online, it seems the only non-rigged games are the sports betting. The casino games Celtic Casino (from what I hear), BetPhoenix Live Games (from experience) will allow you to play regularly (fun money), but start betting real money and you rarely win (if not at all).

No prior notice of system maintenance to be done?
Email their support site with game number and time. Tell them the circumstances. If it's a legitimate site, your money will be returned.
I have had games just die on me for a variety of reasons, but not very often. If it was something on my side, whatever bet was out played out normally, even with me gone. I got two winners and one loser like that!
I've had THEIR site just drop out once. I emailed their support people with the game number and time and my wager was returned, no problems whatsoever.

And why do you think you can only win at play money and lose with real money?
Is it something they do to the live game after you put money on the table? Can you explain it to us?

It is a misconception that when you play with free money, you win and when u try real money u lose, atleast in live dealer roulette. RNG can, however, do so.
Also, I find, you can tend to play a little differently with Fun Money but maybe not realise it

I strongly suspect the few Live Games casinos that serve American residents, most of them are unscrupulous. Fortunately, Thomas Grant is here to help U.S. bettors have access to more legitimate casinos like Dublinbet (which I think is honest for the most part.)
@Twisteruk, Albalaha: Yes, it could be my perception. It's such a disparity however between the sports betting winnings (which are not controlled by the casino) and the in-house games at several casinos (Microgaming Live Games, now BetPhoenix Live Games), I just wonder...

Once again, I ask you. Why do you suspect the live casino is "unscrupulous"?
Is it something they did? Something you saw?
I'm trying to be tactful here and not just blurt out the obvious but everyone (not just you) always evades the question of just how they've determined that the live games are cheating them. Everyone has "storied" of somebody's aunt's friend who got cheated, but never any details. This is a pet peeve of mine.
There's just too much anecdotal "evidence" being passed off as fact, over and over until everybody believes it.
So, as I'm mentioned in several other threads. Will somebody PLEASE post up some details or proof that the live table games are cheating them and how they do it!
I'm always open to ideas here for sure.

Playing roulette without feel of chips in your hand
it is like making love with baloon puppy instead a woman.
My 2 kunas.
I don't really care about the feel of the chips or the table layout.
I do care about getting cash out of the casino.
After that, I can play with chips, boobs and martinis until the wee hours of the morning away from the tables!

I would have to agree. Also your internet connection could drop at any time.

I saw the dealer at BetPhoenix LiveGames frequently drop the ball onto the wheel (while it was spinning) instead of spinning it during Real Money mode (She spins it regularly in Fun Mode). I even witnessed one dealer in Real Money Mode spin the wheel so early, the ball landed on the number before "No more bets" was called out.
just a second, there are different live wheels there for FUN and REAL? or the same wheel? just different games on the same wheel (one was fun, and another real)? can u pls elaborate. thanx

If you thought this was incorrect, did you bring it up to the pit boss? Send an email to their livegames department?
If the dealer was doing something wrong, speak up and let them know about it.
I do.
Although I don't spend a lot of time on the BetPhoenix live roulette wheel, the short times I've been there I haven't seen any of what you've described.

At BetPhoenix Live Wheel no, they tend to spin the wheel incorrectly when your bet is on the table.

@All: Be very careful where you play your games. (particularly American players). If you find a casino you like, scrutinize it, check with fellow bettors. Find out how fast they payout (or if anyone has had problems). Is the customer service helpful? Does the casino have a strong reputation?
