Title: Alternative Matrix

Note this topic was originally started under the topic  "Matrix Vertical 30 Live Attack".  It was moved to here to keep from cluttering up that method.  You may have to refer to that topic as an intro to this one.

Here's a thought that may get us more bets in a shorter amount of time and shouldn't change our formula 1 bit.

I was playing Turbo Genius' system link:://turbogenius.webs.com/4spinsequencesystem.htm. (link:://turbogenius.webs.com/4spinsequencesystem.htm.)  He puts forth the reality that it is as difficult, or the odds are the same for dozen sequence 1-2-3-2 to repeat exactly 1-2-3-2   1-2-3-2 as it is for 1-1-1-1   1-1-1-1 to happen.  Now, if he's correct, and I think he is, then we should be able to bet that any sequence we see will not hit in that exact sequence for five times before it doesn't hit at least once.

We play it just like we do now, except that we can pick all the first 2 number combinations and track them waiting for the opportunity to bet against 5 in a row.

1-1; 1-2; 1-3; 2-2; 2-3; 3-3; 2-1; 3-1; 3-2.  These are the nine 2 dozen combinations we can use to play with.  That gives us 3 times more betting opportunities than with only 1-1; 2-2; 3-3.

Whatever the 3rd dozen is after any of these sets, we just play a 4 step martingale that before this 3 dozen set reproduces itself 4 more times, it will miss once.  That's our win.

Three times the action.  Same odds.  Maybe a little confusing at first, but if this is a winning method, with practice the confusion will become clarity.  You know, practice makes perfect.

A final observation.  This should work with any of our vertical matrices.

Okay guys,  I just played a session on Betvoyager single zero wheel.

42 spins
23 bets
+13 units won
Had to bet 3-3 4 times
Lost 6 1-1 bets
Ended session with 2 lost bets not recovered

These are actual spins.  I may not list all 42 of them, just enough to let you guys see exactly how the system is played.

1-1-2
3-3-2     These are my first 6 spins
1            This is my first series formed 1-3-1.  The next time I have a 1-3, I will bet that it doesn't become 1-3-1.  In other words, I will bet 1 unit on the 2 and 3 dozens.  As it turns out the very next spin is a bet so I bet 1 unit on the 2 and 3 dozen.

1-1-2
3-3-2
1-2         Win. +1.  I must tell you that the way to keep track is to write down the trips as they form.  So, I would have written down 1-3-1.  This tells me that the next time I have a 1-3, I will bet that the 1 dozen does not hit.  If the 1 dozen hits, I place a mine sign (-) with that trip which tells me that the next time I get a 1-3 I will have to bet 3-3 that the 1st dozen doesn't hit.  In this case, I won my bet so I cross off 1-3-1 and write down 1-3-2.  This tells me that the next time I get a 1-3 I will bet that the 2nd dozen doesn't hit.

1-2-3      Now I can write down 2-2-3 which is another trip that I am going to bet won't form the next time I see 2-2. Now I check and see if I have any trips that start with 3-1 since that is the next 2 dozens trigger.  I do not, so there is no bet.

One thing that will become clear with my next post or with your tests is that after about 25 spins, we are betting almost every time.

Also, since we are winning as we go along, we may reach our win target and still have a few trips that we have lost once or maybe even twice on and we haven't recovered our lost bets.  That doesn't matter since we have won enough other bets to reach our win target.  I think this is a plus to this way of playing.

Since I have only started testing this idea, I don't know if there are any quicksand pits that will catch us, we'll just have to see.

Also, I don't know the best way to do any of this.  I'm just showing how I picture it as of now.  I won't have all the answers to your questions.  We can decide on exactly how we want to play this as a team.  Or we may discover that there's a reason to totally abandon this idea.

It's all new.

I won't go any further with this because it's late and I'm getting tired.  If I had lost my 3-3 bet 2 bets above, I would have placed another - sign with my 1-3-2 trigger indicating that I have lost 2 attempts to block 1-3-2 repeating and when the 1-3 trigger comes up again, I must bet 9-9 on the 1st and 3rd dozens trying to block a 1-3-2 repeat.

Also note that we are starting to be able to bet almost every spin.

I will post all of the numbers in my matrix so you can play it out and see if you come up with the +13 unit win that I came up with.

This actually played very easily.  I don't doubt that it was a lucky sequence to win +13 units so quickly and easily.  I would have won even more with the grand martingale for 2:1 bets  1-4-13-40, but we won't get into that right now.

Hi GLC,

Well it is a good idea.

Reservations to consider:
One observation is that unlike MATRIX30 9 separate bankrolls would be needed for each of the categories of doubles; not saying they would all need to be employed - but you never know... so that is an extra requirement to bear in mind.

Now in the MATRIX30 you have clarity with the dozens ie. a triple 1 or triple 2 or triple 3; they are easier to track and spot. Also with that method it is waiting for unambiguous and independent "standalone" doubles and triples  - which is not the case with just using the last 2 lines for the betting signal...
I know I had some winning sessions when I tried your idea out but I think that this fact will make a difference and lead to some unwelcome results...

133--Your idea counts the 1's in column 1 as A DOUBLE (1-1) when in reality it is the fourth leg of a QUAD. In other words it is not an independently formed DOUBLE...

I think would be better in such instance to only list TRUE vertical triples for tracking and then you are operating under same rules as MATRIX30 which is so far proving very positive indeed.

Hope you understand my concern there. If you can manage that I can see no reason why your idea to gain more units in less spins should not be just as successful - in which case it will be GREAT, but as said earlier there is the bankroll question.

Thanks for your observations.

I agree completely with what you're saying about making the 2 dozen trigger be unique in itself rather than being a continuation of a previous triple.  That will protect us from getting caught trying to defeat a long string of the same dozen.  And, we have seen some of those already in other posts.

The additional banks are a definite consideration if we continue to use the 2:1 martingale, but if we were to incorporate your idea of a more gradual progression, we could reduce the size of the banks considerably.

As I said, this is just a thought.  I knew there would be obstacles to consider and overcome if possible.  If not, maybe some other idea will come out of this.  We never know where one of these ideas will take us.

I'm glad you brought up the point on multiple banks.  It gives me pause before presenting my next idea which is to use your idea of waiting for 2 of the same triples in a row before beginning to bet against them continuing. 

The reason I was going to do this, which would cause more waiting between bets, is because I was going to introduce the Ultimate Matrix System.

The UMS will have us identifying our triples vertically, angled upper left to botton right and also upper right to bottom left.  This gives us 3 sets of 9 possible triggers.  I'm not even going to mention zig zags and V's.  All are just a valid as "vertical".

Atlantis,

I took the liberty of betting the Alternative Matrix bet method on the above matrix just to see how it would perform:

90 spins
75 bets
22 losses
53 wins
-14 largest drawdown
+49 units won

This tells me that this system is at least worth testing because that's a pretty strong performance.

I did use the 1-3-9-27 progression.  I had to bet 27-27 once, but it won.  If it had lost it would have been a different story.

I think the next test will be with a less aggressive progression.  Either 1-2-4-8-16-32 move 1 step to the right on a loss and move 1 step to  the left on a win.

Or, your progression suggestion 1-2-3-4-5-6 etc.  Move 1 step to the right on a loss and continue to bet at that level as long as you win until you reach a new high.

22 losses to 53 wins is a very, very good hit rate.  It indicates once again that this system should win with a flatbet.  Still too early by a mile to make statements like that.  Needs tons more testing.

Another thought I have is that we don't really need to have a separate bankroll for each set of doubles.  The hit rate so far has been good enough that with one of the more conservative progressions, I think we can play with 1 bankroll and 1 progression.

That may be too optimistic.  We'll see.

I just ran your 90 spin matrix thru 2 other bet progressions beside the obvious flatbet which results in +9 units won.

I also ran it thru a progression 1-2-4-8-16-32.  With this progression, we move 1 step to the right on each loss and 1 step to the left on each win.  Also I never bet more than would leave me at +1.

Largest bet was 8-8
Largest drawdown was -14
Final result was +29

I also ran it thru your progression 1-2-3-4-5-6 etc...  Move 1 step to the right on each loss and stay at the same bet on wins until even or +1, then start over.  Never bet more than will get us to +1.

Largest bet was 7-7
Largest drawdown was -23
Final result was +26

Of course, when you have a winning sequence it will win with almost any progression, so wasn't too surprised.

Other than a flatbet, I prefer your progression best because my 1-2-4-8-16-32 etc... had I lost a couple more bets in a row my drawdown would have skyrocketed.  Whereas your would have been more moderate.

Hermes' leveller is also probably a good bet method.  I'll check it tomorrow.

Here's how I think we can improve ==>>

I'm using my same 90 real numbers as in your tests -  but here I will limit options to bet.
I do this by only recording VERTICAL triggers which COMMENCE WITH A DOUBLET. They are:

1  1  1
1  1  1
1  2  3

2  2  2
2  2  2
2  1  3

3  3  3
3  3  3
3  1  2

Note: each VERTICAL triplet trigger starts with a doublet 1-1, 2-2 or 3-3.

Begin by recording a valid trigger e.g.: the first one in the below game is a valid one in the list =  1-1-1

When a corresponding/matching DOUBLET appears back AGAINST the SAME DOZ recorded in the trigger happening as normal.
If it is a WIN that triplet becomes a new trigger and the old one is discarded e.g.:
If 1-1-3 happens it is a WIN; 1-1-1 is erased and 1-1-3 becomes the NEW TRIPLET TRIGGER for that set of doublet 1's....
It is the same procedure for the 2's and 3's also.

It's a good adjustment.  I don't know if it makes it safer or not.  It seems like with so many different ones hitting regularly it keeps our drawdown limited.  I recognize that if we had a rash of losses with few wins it could cause our drawdown to be worse.

I can't think of a reason why using 1-1; 2-2; 3-3 as triggers is any better than any of the other 2 dozen triggers other than it might make it easier to track.

It does gives us fewer bets we have to make which might make it easier to play live at a busy table. 

If it's a winning system, it also limits the amount we can win in a given number of spins which is a consideration for us old guys who are running out of time.

I'll continue to test the full chart of triggers and see how it performs over the long run.  It'll be interesting to see what a losing session looks like.  Since the matrix isn't a sequential line, it's quite difficult to determine what a losing session will be.

That looks pretty strong for a flat bet.  Keep posting my friend.  I'm still testing the original way to see what a loss finally looks like.  I'm for sure leaning your way and may soon quit testing my way.

Using Twisteruk's 7X13 matrix above and Atlantis' progression 1-1; 2-2; 3-3; 4-4; 5-5; 6-6 etc....  Move 1 step to the right on each loss and stay at same bet on a wins until you are at even or +1 then reset to 1-1.  I play with 1 bankroll and 1 progression, not 1 for each 2 dozen triggers.

Using 1-1; 2-2; 4-4; 8-8; 16-16; 32-32 etc...  Move 1 step to the right on each loss and 1 step to the left on each win.

I believe that the Alternative Matrix System using a simple Labouchere bet progression method for 2:1 payoff bets (Dozens or Columns) is an excellent system.  I will continue to test it and post results until it proves me wrong.  One losing session does not prove me wrong.  As long as I stay in a winning position, I am still right.

The bet selection method has been described above.  It can be played with either the method I use or for fewer bets, and maybe safer bets, you can use Atlantis' method.  Neither method is the correct method.  Neither method, although it's very early in the testing stage, has had a losing session.

It hasn't been determined absolutely that it can win with a flatbet, but I feel relatively certain that it will win with the Labouchere or cancelation method.

Labourchere Betting Method for Dozens/Columns:

Many of you will already be familiar with this method.  The most common use is on Even Chance bets, but it can also be used with dozens very effectively.

A simple example:

Begin by writing down a 1.  This is what we will win for each attack.  When we have cleared all the numbers in our bet line, this 1 is what we will be ahead by.  As with any labby, we will be betting the sum of the first and the last number in our bet line.  So, to begin with, we bet 1 unit on both dozens.  If we win, we have won our 1 unit.  Attack over.  Start a new attack (or bet line) with 1 unit.  If we lose our 1st bet, we will write the number of units we bet and lost 2 times on the right end of our bet line.  Anytime we win, we will cross off the two end numbers that we added together to make up our bet.  The next bet will be the 2 new end numbers on our bet line.

Example:

1        Our first bet is 1 unit on both dozens.  If we lose our new bet line is:
111    Now we add the 1st and last numbers and get 2 so we bet 2 units on both dozens.  If lose:
11122  Now we bet 3 units on both dozens.  If we win:
112     Now we bet 3 units again on both dozens.  If we lose:
11233  Now we bet 4 units on both dozens.  If we win:
123    Now we bet 4 units again on both dozens.  If we win:
2         Now we bet 2 units on both dozens.  If we win we will have cleared our line and we will be ahead by +1 unit which ends this attack.  Start a new attack with 1 unit.

It's very simple.

We only use 1 bankroll.  I suggest at least 300 units to be safe.
A win target of 25-50 units is reasonable.  You decide.

Remember ,with my bet selection method we will be betting almost every spin after the first 15 -20 spins, so with a little good fortune, we will reach our win target rather quickly.

One other point I want to make is that your matrix is not limited to any size.  It can be 3 wide, 4 wide, 5 wide or whatever you like.   3 or 4 wide are a little easier to deal with and keep track of where you are for your bets.  There is also no limit to the number of lines downward you can go.  Keep adding lines until you reach your win target.

Good to see this thread developing and others joining in with their tests and findings.
Today I will present my final revision example for the "alternative matrix".
I will add back in the 1-1-1, 2-2-2, and 3-3-3 triple triggers but this time will play only using discrete, self-contained and unique trips and doubles. In other words I will add in JohnLegend's rule that subsequent new doubles and triples may not be formed using elements from an existing triple above it in the grid! Exactly so it will conform and be in line with the existing MATRIX VERTICAL and MATRIX30 methodology. This will produce less bets than my previous 2 examples - but I think it will be less dangerous and should give similar expected results to MATRIX30 (but in shorter timeframe)

I continue to use the same nine vertical triggers that start with same doublets as I used before:

This time I use what I call the "ultra cautious" version of the alternative matrix where I bet only after TWO consecutive identical vertical triggers occur  (with no other similar intervening trigger triples that contain the same starting doublet)
The first trigger can thus be (and often is) cancelled and replaced by a new first trigger that contains the same starting vertical doublet.
e.g.:

This seems to me to be a very solid alternative matrix30 solution - naturally you get more bets by not waiting for a second trigger, and that is also an equally good way to play too - but I can see merit and strength in this more cautious and guarded approach.

Atlantis,

So what you are doing is waiting for 2 back to back triggers before betting.

Here's what I think is happening.  You are passing a lot of winning bets up by waiting for the second trigger.  I don't know if you are passing up a total of more units won than you would lose on the losses you are also passing up since most wins occur on the 1st bet after a single trigger.

I'm not being critical, but wouldn't it be even more cautious if we waited for 3 identical triggers before betting.  This would eliminate a lot of betting, but I don't know if the wins/losses ratio is improved.  It may just be spreading our bets out over such a long period that it feels like we are winning a higher percentage of our bets than if we started betting after the 1st trigger.

If you took all the bets placed with your cautious method and put them back to back and you took all the bets placed using the single trigger and put them back to back would there be a difference in the % wins over losses?  That's my question.

If there is, even a very small amount, then the cautious way is for sure preferred.  And, if your way wins consistently flat betting, then we're off like Flint. 

If not, then you can win the same amount in a much shorter time frame with the more aggressive approach.

Testing will tell.  Fortunately, the testing isn't really that difficult.   And comparing a flat bet to a progression is easy also.

Keep working with me.  I'll start looking for your bets as I do my method since yours will be easy to spot.

Unfortunately, I'm a little pressed for time right now, but still have time for some testing.

I do not think it at all necessary to wait for 3 triggers, there would be few bets and that is possibly being if anything a little over cautious. :)

However with two triggers... Yes still quite cautious - but sometimes better safe than sorry. I posted example to show how to play and to demo the difference between 1 and 2 triggers.

Ideally though I would play with the ONE trigger for my preferred 3 families of triples (only need 3 banks and not nine) and as you saw I won flatbetting - that's OK if you only want to win a few units in a session. I just wanted to show you don't have to use a prog to win; nevertheless I DO think can be improved with your ideas for a progression to produce more profit.

If the one trigger way I posted can be complimented with "the single step rising progression" or that labouchere progression for dozens you delineated then we don't limit ourselves to a 4-step and with the strike rate being as it is, theoretically, we should be on to a winner here?

For sure the biggest advantage of being able to win flat betting is that you don't need a huge number of small units to cover the progression.
I have access to an airball machine that has a maximum bet on 2:1 of $25.  Flat betting I could bet $12.50 on each dozen and still be able to win a reasonable amount with the less cautious method.  Maybe 5 or 6 units every 1-2 hours, as Flat says it would cover smokes and bread.  Since I don't smoke anymore, it would cover wine and steak.

In my situation, I have a 100 unit spread from 25 cents to 25 dollars.  As long as I keep my progression under 50 units on each dozen, I could play a fairly aggressive game, but I would have to win quite few units to buy wine and steaks.  A solid flat bet is by far the better scenario.

Just clearing up any misunderstanding of how I'm playing the alternative matrix. When I get a qualifying trigger triple - or a winning or losing result triple such as:

I always use a pen or pencil and enclose the triple within a ring (circle, oval or ellipse) so it can be easily identified.

Any subsequent formations of my family of triples in the same column MUST NOT use elements from a previously identified (ringed) triple. That is to say, new doublet triggers must be unique and formed from 2 separate and individual dozen numbers and not made up from those above in an existing ringed treble...

Example:

2-1-3
2-1-1
1-3-2--Trigger 2-2-1 ; Trigger 1-1-3 (draw ring round vertical triggers 2-2-1 & 1-1-3)
1-1-3
1-2-3
1-1-3--W1@1-1-1 (separate formed triple) ; Trigger 3-3-3 (draw rings  round 1-1-1 & 3-3-3)

etc.. etc..

This helps avoid mistakes in identifying qualifiers and tracking.

I just tested F_LAT_INO's spreadsheet from the Matrix Vertical Method reply #84.  It was a bear.

+18 betting labouchere method  by was down 200 units at one   point and betting 60-60 highest bet.  Would be a little scary for real money.

Tested it using your method.

Ended even flat betting
+4 using your +1 on loss, level on win

Felt the easiest using the 4 step martingale for 2:1, but it always does until you finally hit that 1st loss, although so far I am up enough in the sessions I have played to weather a loss.

Still leaning your way, but will continue testing every way.

I like it because it is simple and not too different to the original MATRIX30

Unlike MATRIX30 which waits for ANY doublet after ANY one of the three triple triggers; instead only play that a MATCHING doublet will not form another triple...
For example if you get a vertical trigger 2-2-2 then next time you get vertical 2-2 (matching doublet) play against the treble forming.
WIN or LOSE you must wait for the next vertical triple 2-2-2 to form before you can again bet on 2-2 not forming a triple.

I think this is becoming too much like JL/Scooby's Matrix Vertical 30.  No need to have 2 separate topics that are almost identical.

I prefer my way so as to get more bets in a shorter amount of time.  I don't think there's anything we can do to prevent a loss or at least a deep drawdown, which is basically the same thing since the units won coming out of a drawdown and the same units that would be profit if you had just taken a loss and started with a clean slate.

I will keep an eye on the other topic in case something interesting happens over there.

OK George. I've moved over to the MATRIX30 thread with this latest idea to avoid confusion as I agree it is more of a tweak/variant to the original and probably a better home for it there, LoL!
I'm still interested in your "faster" way and I'll be checking your progress and findings.
It's still a great idea you have and I'm curious to see how it checks out.

I considered starting a new topic with this idea, but decided to just make it a tweak to this system since it is so similar.

All we are going to do is change our bet from 2 dozens to 1 dozen. 
That means that we will be betting to complete a triple rather than block a triple from forming.

Our progression is going to be 1-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9etc...
The 1st 5 bets are a standard matingale for a 1 dozen bet.  On a loss we move 1 step to the right and on a win we start over with our 1st 1 unit bet.

If we lose 6 or more times in a row which means we will be betting 5 or more units, a win will not result in a new high level in our bankroll, therefore we will move 2 steps to the left of the number we won on.  If we were to win when betting 8 units, we would move 2 steps left and bet 6 units on our next bet.  Anytime we reach a new high bankroll we reset to the 1st 1 unit bet.

We are going to have numerous opportunity to bet.  We don't wait for a triple trigger, we only need double triggers.  We are going to use 5 triggers 1-1; 2-2; 3-3; 1-2; 3-2.
If we get 1-1 we bet for a triple 1-1-1.  If we get 2-2 we bet for a triple 2-2-2.  If we get 3-3 we bet for a triple 3-3-3.  If we get 1-2 we bet for a triple 1-2-3.  If we get 3-2 we bet for a triple 3-2-1.

Those are the only formations we bet on.  We are betting on 1 dozen instead of 2 dozens.

We have 5 ways for our triples to form.  3 verticals and 2 diagonals.

Example:

1-2-3
1-2-3
1-2-3


This example shows  a win in all 5 directions.  The 1-1-1, 3-3-3, 2-2-2 are the verticals.  The 1-2-3 and the 3-2-1 are the diagonals.

Anytime we get 2 dozens triggers, we bet for the 3rd dozen to hit.  If a position can be played for a vertical as well as a diagonal, the vertical takes precedence.  We could have this situation:

1-3-2
1-2-3

In this case, the vertical calls for a bet on the 1 dozen and the diagonal calls for a bet on the 2 dozen.  Since the vertical takes precedence, we will bet on the 1 dozen and pass on the 2 dozen.

The following is a short session to show how I play this system.
To begin with, I want to identify the 5 rows we look at.

The rows will be identified as:

1 = left vertical.  In this case 1-1-2.
2 = middle vertical.  1-3-3.
3 = right vertical.  1-1-2.
4 = upper left diagonal.  1-3-2.
5 = upper right diagonal.  1-3-2.

When we're checking for bets, we just check in numerical order.
Remember, rows 1 & 3 take precedence over rows 4 & 5.
Our bet line is 1-1-2-3-4//5-6-7-8-9--> etc...  If we win on 1-1-2-3-4 we just reset to 1st 1 unit bet.  If we win on 5-6-7-8--> etc..., we move 2 bets to the left of the bet we won on and continue playing.  Once we reach a new high, we reset to 1st 1.  If we get to a point where moving 2 steps to the left after a win gives us a bet that if won will win more than 1 unit, we decrease our bet to a point where we win 1 or at most 2 units.

This is just a suggested way to play.  It seems very safe.  Occasionally you can get some hairy draw downs (-64), but so far it has always pulled out quickly.

Move 1 step right after each loss and move 2 steps left after each win.  This keeps your bets smaller but also keeps your wins smaller.

You can always add more steps for a more conservative, grinding type system such as 1-1-1-1-2-2-2-2-3-3-3-3-4-4-4-4-5-5-5-5-6-6-6-6--> etc...  Same as above, 1 to right on loss, 2 to left on win.

As with any progression bet method, you should set a  win target and stop-loss.

My philosophy is to set a high stop-loss and moderate win target.  The reason is that the higher your stop-loss, the less likely you will reach it before you have a chance to win some of the casino's chips.  

I recommend a stop-loss of 300 units.  To give yourself an excellent chance of staying ahead in this system, you should have a total of 3 of these 300 unit banks or 900 units.

Before playing with real money, test thoroughly so that you know what to expect.  Be convinced in your own mind regarding the risks involved in playing this or any roulette system.

Begin by writing down a 1.  This is what we will win for each attack.  When we have cleared all the numbers in our bet line, this 1 is what we will be ahead by.  As with any labby, we will be betting the sum of the first and the last number in our bet line.  So, to begin with, we bet 1 unit on both dozens.  If we win, we have won our 1 unit.  Attack over.  Start a new attack (or bet line) with 1 unit.  If we lose our 1st bet, we will write the number of units we bet and lost 2 times on the right end of our bet line.  Anytime we win, we will cross off the two end numbers that we added together to make up our bet.  The next bet will be the 2 new end numbers on our bet line.

Example:

1        Our first bet is 1 unit on both dozens.  If we lose our new bet line is:
111    Now we add the 1st and last numbers and get 2 so we bet 2 units on both dozens.  If lose:
11122  Now we bet 3 units on both dozens.  If we win:
112     Now we bet 3 units again on both dozens.  If we lose:
11233  Now we bet 4 units on both dozens.  If we win:
123    Now we bet 4 units again on both dozens.  If we win:
2         Now we bet 2 units on both dozens.  If we win we will have cleared our line and we will be ahead by +1 unit which ends this attack.  Start a new attack with 1 unit.

It's very simple.

We only use 1 bankroll.  I suggest at least 300 units to be safe.
A win target of 25-50 units is reasonable.  You decide.

Now I want to present a safety measure for the Labouchere bet method.  This was presented by the author in the book Monte Carlo Anecdotes for even chances.  We are just going to apply it to the dozens or columns.

We will now use multiple lines:

Remember ,with my bet selection method we will be betting almost every spin after the first 15 -20 spins, so with a little good fortune, we will reach our win target rather quickly.

One other point I want to make is that your matrix is not limited to any size.  It can be 3 wide, 4 wide, 5 wide or whatever you like.   3 or 4 wide are a little easier to deal with and keep track of where you are for your bets.  There is also no limit to the number of lines downward you can go.  Keep adding lines until you reach your win target.

I have been playing the Alternative Matrix playing both bet methods and betting differentially with some good results.

This style of play may not be for everyone since it does require good familiarity with the system and a pen and paper for calculations and keeping track of the matrix at the same time.

I will give it a test run on my airball machine to see if it can be done.  I only have 1 minute from when the ball is spun until "No more bets please" is called to make my bets.  Since the ball takes about 15-20 seconds to land, it only leave 40-45 seconds at best to calculate and place bets.

It keeps you on your toes.

I have come up with another twist on this method that has been winning very well and so far no losses.

It is based on our original idea of nine 2 dozen triggers.  What we do is track for 18 spins.  This gives us 6 lines of 3 dozens per line.  Now we start listing our 2 dozen triggers plus the next 4 dozens vertically below them.  In our original version, we listed our 2 trigger dozens and the next dozen below them.  We are now listing the next 4 dozens.  Originally we were dealing with triples, now we are dealing with sextuplets.  Continue to list these 6 dozen vertical lines until we get a 2 dozen trigger that's already listed and then we bet that the next 4 dozens that will make up the 6 dozen vertical line won't repeat.  Once we win, this new line becomes our next line for that 2 dozen trigger once all 6 new dozens have formed vertically below it.

All we are doing is betting that a 6 dozen vertical line won't repeat exactly the same once we see the 1st 2 trigger dozens.  We will be betting our 1-1, 3-3, 9-9, 27-27 progression against the 4 dozens after the 2 dozen trigger.

Here's an example:

211    Now we list our 1st 6 dozen line started with our 2-2 trigger = 2-2-1-3-3-3.  We can also list
