Yes, I am angry, pissed off, or how to say it. And then I am talking about live games at Celtic Casino (Also Farway and Castle and Black Orchid).
One year ago I have reported a problem which happens at the roulette table, till now the problem is still there. After that I reported several other problems, all of them still not solved.
And the last days it was really worse there. Three players had an issue, and the pitboss seemed not be able to handle it, one player had to wait almost one hour before he got helped by the pitboss.
And today it really got worse, they did a maintenance and they kept spinning the ball, result, the number didn't appear in the results and people who betted on it didn't won their money. For crying out loud, why doing a maintenance during a spin ? That is crazy.
I wish I could say more positive things about this casino, but I am just sharing my experience and I think it is not wise to play there. I just wanted this to share it with you.
And the moral of the story is...................take your business elsewhere.
The sooner these places learn to put 'service' back into 'customer service' the better.
Until then give 'em the flick.
(Incidentally, apparently BV often suddenly shuts down for 'maintenance' during a spin. They must have read the same Good Customer Relations manual as Celtic et alia.)

I have been with William Hill for years and after seeing some of the posts from you guys, I think I will stick with a company that has always served me well for over 30 years now, of course I'm talking about the sports book side before someone says they have not had on-line Casinos for that long, but whether it has been sports book, poker or casino they have always given me good customer service.
