Title: Whats your call on this?
Post by: MrJ on May 04, 05:07 AM 2011
Here, its a $3,500 max payout on the inside. I played yesterday and this guy almost did this but he backed out and it got me thinking >>> Lets say you have a black chip on the 5 and a black chip on the 4 5 6 street.

The 5 hits, now what? They will not OR should not pay OVER the $3,500 max? The dealer should catch it FIRST and tell the player no-no? The $3,500 is paid out and the other black chip is simply returned? Any thoughts?

Any thoughts? Here in EU/at least casinos I have play/casino do pay regardless of overbetting, cause it's not only the dealer but the pit boss sitting in the chair that overlooked such case.........as have had situation few years back betting on 2 lines where reached limit, but I bet last 4 hands over limit....3 hands on the lose the dealer just sweep it of,but on the 4th.spin win he started counting how many chips there....didn't wish to pay,but after rechecking previous 3 bets they finally pay out. They have to warn you prior to;NO MORE BETS.
