Believe it or not, over here when they rise +1 cent, there's rioting because of it being too high :o
Bus drivers and cabs plus others directly affected always protest about the rise and stop the traffic at highways so the government has to drop it /OR/ allow for a price increase in fares, which directly lead to protests from consumers and can be even worse for the government.
Chavez has it though when trying to win money from gas over here :D

These prices are extreme in some cases, and it just keeps rising.
I wish we had your prices Victor, so I don't have to spend half a fortune just to drive a car. I hear many here in Sweden that says : "I will never refuel again until the prices goes down", a week later they go and buy a full tank. What can we do? We rely on it to go to work or whatever, we just can't stop using it.
