Betvoyager is my favorite casino after skyvegas restricted users from most of the countries. I like many features of it but hate one most. During playing roulette, the game hangs a lot and the wheel and ball will keep moving for even hours if u leave that. This problem is more than often and a regular dirty feature of this otherwise nice casino. We all know that roulette is a game of staking and every bet can not be played in isolation hence this thing turns fatal for any session. Have you faced this difficulty? Should betvoyager improve it urgently?
Made a nice sized withdrawal from betVoyager last week so they are one of the few online casinos I will use and trust completely HOWEVER I do experience alot of loading which is what it says when the wheel has yet to spin. Only lasts a few minutes or sometimes mere seconds before it spins but it does make me suspicious.

I spoke to Nicole Sims (Marketing Rep for Bet Voyager), about this Problem.
Its a server issue, at their end, which they are well aware of, and are endeavouring to fix,
by increasing the number of servers they currently have.
And yes..........its a real pain at times, especailly after U have clicked the "Spin" button.
There is no way of cancelling Ur bet/spin, and trying again,
and, U just know they will take the money out of Ur account, and claim a losing result!!!!
Maybe a "Cancel" button wouldn't go amiss eh?

yes. also the part of a problem is Java, u can't do anything about it . hopefully they will improve. and, yeah, i experienced it quite a few times too
As an American, the most irritating aspect of Bet Voyager is trying to make deposits and withdrawals. This will always be my pet peeve. We’ve allowed a group of pea brain politicians to ban us from playing at many of the best online casinos.

That thing happened once to me. The ball was spinning and spinning around the wheel not falling on any number. Thaught I lost the internet connection or soemthing,was going to restart the roulette window,but accidenlty noticed the ball hitted the number. Uh,all you have is to wait,nothing else. Don't worry,as for me - BetVoyager casino is one of the best casinos on the net,offering the services others don't. Comparing to the Playtechs RNG ( which is not roulette at all ), BV's is superb.
Lost a bunch load of money at Willi@m Hill and Europ@ casinos,and playing at BV appeared to be a winner.
So don't worry about that "bug" . The solution is to way - that's it. 8)
