Title: Does anyone tip like this?......
Post by: MrJ on Jul 19, 11:52 PM 2011
I admit, I am getting a little better in terms of tipping after a nice win. I will NOT tip on a losing day.

Lets say I hit on a number, $350-and up. I dont tip like this....give the dealer $10.

What I do, I'll put $10-$15 on a street and call it out. If it hits, thats your tip. Yep, sometimes it does hit and they are quite happy. I recently put $15 on the 0/00 and it hit !! $255 for them, not a problem.

The one issue I do have, different dealers have two different styles. Whats your CALL on this? .....Lets say I put $10 on a street (for a tip), it hits. They get their $110. Should I not get my $10 back? Some dealers say its part of the tip and some give it back to me. Kind of odd. Do you guys/gals tip in the same manner as I do?

I do tip always while playing in BM and even while playing with live dealers in celtic. I tip the main chip in cases of straight up wins. In BM casinos, I tip croupier with extra  chips over round figures. Like, if I won well and have 512 chips, I will give 12 chips as tip and get cash chipfor 500 chips.

Would you do this?....Instead of giving them the 12 chips, would you maybe put those 12 chips on a street for a tip if it hits?

;)           Giving tip is our prerogative and I think if they be given chance to chose whether they want chips(tip) directly or risked on next bet, they would prefer getting it without being risked.
