I am new in the world of the roulette and in this forum and in Bv.
I am grateful by the persons who fight constantly to conquer these demon and it fights without truce, and thanks to these persons we learn the others to walk better.
Recently I use Bv.
Today I have had a disagreeable experience in Bv.
I have had a winning hand, and hit the street and the damned software was giving me negative and losing result ... and losing my money earned in this hand...it is outrageous and frustrating this result of this casino.
And so the chat is dead. >:(

I seem to be reading worse things, both here and other forums, about BV on a daily basis. I've never heard of the chat not working before though.
Today already for 25 hours I did a claim to the casino for all the routes.
Support BV, Email and Chat and I have not obtained any notification.
Nothing at all...they are dead.
But, what is this? it is ...!!
