Title: System - Better to win some times or all the time?
Post by: FreeRoulette on Sep 02, 12:48 AM 2011
Hello All,

I am trying to create a system and would like your views.

The idea is to bet every number until a repeat numbers shows up.
Below is test of ten million trials to see when a repeat occurs
on a double zero roulette table using a rand number generator.

Spin: Repeat occurred
1  : 0
2  : 263280
3  : 512608
4  : 729706
5  : 893503
6  : 1000672
7  : 1041586
8  : 1023667
9  : 955786
10 : 848365
11 : 718483
12 : 583348
13 : 450958
14 : 334641
15 : 237568
16 : 160392
17 : 103437
18 : 63660
19 : 37204
20 : 20665
21 : 10767
22 : 5381
23 : 2531
24 : 1067
25 : 444
26 : 173
27 : 78
28 : 26
29 : 3
30 : 0
31 : 0
32 : 0
33 : 0
34 : 0
35 : 0
36 : 0
37 : 0
38 : 0
39 : 0
40 : 0
41 : 0
42 : 0
43 : 0
44 : 0
45 : 0
46 : 0
47 : 0
48 : 0
49 : 0

So a repeat happens mostly between 6 and 8 spins.
Below is progression for 16 spins that shows how much to bet on each spin.

Place - Numbers - Profit - Bankroll Needed
$5         1                175             5
$3         2                  97           11
$2         3                  55           17
$2         4                  47           25
$2         5                  37           35
$2         6                  25           47
$2         7                  11           61
$3         8                  23           85
$4         9                  23          121
$6       10                  35          181
$8       11                  19          269
$12     12                  19          413
$19     13                  24          660
$32     14                  44        1108
$56     15                  68        1948
$103   16                 112       3596

The above progression is based on a minimum inside bet of $5 and a max per number
bet of $200. The last bet in the progression places $103 on 16 numbers.

_______________________________________________________________
Which do you think would be better?

1. Wait until 15 numbers come up without a repeat,
then run the 16 spin progression and virtually guarantee a win by spin 31.

Or

2. Wait maybe 5 spins and start betting where you can win most of the time?

Consider that the progression can be reduced to 8 spins costing less than $100.
Do you have a better solution?

I look forward to reading your opinion!

Thank you,
FreeRoulette

In my humble opinion I would say you are better off waiting for 5 numbers then playing the reduced progression.

I posted a similar idea here (link:://rouletteforum.cc/full-systems/early-xmas/msg52852/#msg52852)

Have a read; it might give you some ideas on which way to go with your research.

In my opinion the fewer numbers the better.  A seven or eight numbers tactic with one hit per number sounds good-(maybe a small progression)

You could do like seven hit numbers for four times, then do the next seven newly hit numbers for four times (repeat) until you have 10 unhit numbers left, then play those.

Here is the progression after waiting 5 spins
bet - on how many numbers - profit - bankroll
$ 16306
$ 172313
$ 181521
$ 19630
$ 2102250
$ 3112583

Another  method/idea (still working on this one):
Wait 6 different numbers then bet on 6 numbers, if lose bet on
that 6 + the new one, if lose bet on that 7 +the new one, if lose
bet on that 8 + the new one.
If lost level 1. wait one virtual W(from bet virtual the last 6 -9 numbers)
and bet level 2.
If lost level 2. wait again one virt. W and bet level 3.
If lost level 3. wait again one virt. W and bet level 4.
If lost level 4. wait again one virt. W and bet level 5.

Another way could be ...bet all levels without wait virtual W between levels.
After lost level 1.  go to level 2.  and bet the last 6 numbers
from that 9 numbers we was betting on the last step from level 1.
and  so on...

Level 1.

1.   0,10 x 6       -0,60         +3
2.   0,10 x 7       -1,3           +2,3
3.   0,20 x 8       -2,9           +4,3
4.   0,20 x 9       -4,7           +2,5

Level 2.

1.   0,20 x 6       -5,9           +1,3
2.   0,30 x 7       -8              +2,8
3.   0,40 x 8       -11,2         +3,2
4.   0,50 x 9       -15,7         +2,3

Level 3.

1.    0,60 x 6      -19,3         +2,3
2.    0,70 x 7      -24,2         +1
3.        1  x 8      -32,2         +3,8
4.    1,40 x 9      -44,8         +5,6

Level 4.

1.    1,60 x 6       -54,4        +3,2
2.         2 x 7       -68,4        +3,6
3.    2,50 x 8       -88,4        +1,6
4.    3,50 x 9       -119,9      +6,1

Level 5.

1.       4  x 6       -140,9        +3,1
2.       5  x 7       -175,9        +4,1
3.    6,50 x 8       -227,9        +6,1
4.        9 x 9       -308,9        +15,1

I used Excel to run a progression from betting on 16 different numbers, all the way to 31 different numbers.  Wow the bets get high!

16   1
17   1
18   2
19   5
20   11
21   26
22   67
23   185
24   555
25   1817
26   6541
27   26164
28   117738
29   605509
30   3633054
31   26157989

@ LotI

I don't undrestand the 1st column, I see its 16 steps of progression but what's 16 to 31 about? how do they tally with the figures on the right
