Is ther anyone that still believe that the consistent winning bets that C.E.H was speaking about exist?
And is yes WHY do u still believe after he stole money from the ppl?

When all that stuff happened he was harrassing members of VLS forum which was a set up to scam people I emailed him about his bet originally it was to be free provided you donated to his charity thing which I thought was noble and fair enough

He reply yo me saying to deposit some money for it Immediately I smelt a rat didnt reply to him

Afterall his posturing over forum he was the worst of scum he basically set forum members up to fleece them classic wolf in sheeps clothing

Paypal needs you to run a business to deal with a good amount of transactions, receive payments from non-paypal members or accept credit card payments.

Most scammers don't have any legal enterprise nor link themselves to em, so they pretend it's a Donation.

That's a very crude way to earn money and the worst is PayPal will help you set up the whole thing as a "1-2-3" step.

Be careful when you donate money. It's your money and you can never be sure who benefits from it, unless you know the person IRL.

My 2 cents again.
