It might happen. Often, because of independent reasons from Bet Voyager, mostly because of a bad quality of services your internet provider offers.
BV offers gaming in 2 ways:
The first way, playing straight through your internet browser (which is very comfortable for the people that have limited internet traffic) .
And the second way is - download the client server, installing it and play with it.
Try to play using both ways, not one. Might help. Plus, in-case it would not help - just contact the BV's support, their specialists would help you fast.

It always has S L   O      W   moments!

ESp on Monday morning (UK time).............

Now then....... for those who play there....

Here's what U do.

If U look on the side of the PC Ur playing on, (or Laptop)... U will see a cranking handle slot.

U should have been given a 'Cranking Handle' with ur Bet Voyager Account .

Its for those 'Special' moments when all goes slow.....

Just insert the cranking handle into the slot (usually found on the right hand side of the PC/Laptop...(for those boys in Australia/NewZealand, it will be on Ur Left!)...and give it a few turns, to return to equilibrium status of Ur PC/Laptop, and the Bet Voyager Server!

I thank U for reading.  :P

Welcome back Chrisbis.

I had this feature on my old computer.  Unfortunately all modern computers have now dispensed with this usefull device. I tried sticking two bare wires connected to the mains through a convenient hole I found as an alternative therapy.

My new laptop is no better.

I put a USB cable into my PC and the other end inserted into my daughters guinea pig. It's running hell for leather within its wheel... BV still sloooooow though!
