Ever felt lethargic?
Or out of energy?

Then you need more of this stuff.

Water.
Contains 1 part hydrogen.
2 parts oxygen.

Both are gasses.
How do they become liquid?
Amazing....

We drink the stuff.

It is said, that where there is water.
Their is life.

Take a look at this jellyfish for instance.

Made of nothing.

Then there is Fish.

These dudes breath in oxygen in sea water.

There in a totally different atmosphere to what we live.
Catch one and you will see it struggle to breath.

Oxygen is a toxic gas.
Yet it burns our internal engines.

We breath in air.
We breath out carbon dioxide.
The trees breathe in carbon dioxide.
And convert it back to oxygen.

So if your ever a bit lax.
Or a bit tired.
Get some air.
Or in other words.
Oxygen

Something so simple.
I think we forget we are doing it at times.

Pure Oxygen will save you from a near disaster.

Learn to breath.

Thanks for reminding us from the most simple yet important bodily function in life.

"While the body can survive without food for about five weeks, the body cannot survive without water for longer than three days."

"It depends on the person but after somewhere around 4-5 mins. (without breathing) the brain begins to die...."

BREATH!
