if u wanna promote a link to something u r not sure about -- better ask mods first. Remember it is easy to get in trouble for u. We mods don't know u so some of us may be real trigger- happy and do not think too long before banning some new guys when they see that something looking like scam.
so better ask first not to get in trouble.
i personally don't like banning and try to prevent people from being banned. that's why i am warning u guys. As i've done to one guy in PM today. Remember this forum has zero tolerance to scam.

Do you remember some time ago you threatened to ban me because I had placed a link here to a free system. At that moment I was very surprised by your reaction, because it was a free system or project offered by somebody who never ask from money, it was not for sale, NOT A SCAM, JUST FREE. I followed the rules and I no longer made any promotion for this system.

i did it to prevent u from being banned. some people like u just post the link and get banned instantly. but not by me. I will better "threaten" them to protect them from ban. If it was my forum i would behave differently but i am a mod here and comply to the rules and try to help to satifsfy both sides by less blood spilled.
would it be better for for u if u get banned from here? Remember some guys which posted the same stuff before were banned instantly.
so if u wanna post something -- it is fine, just send PM with the link, i will paste this link in mod lounge, and whatever Steve (with other mods) decides -- i will do.
and i read the discussion, if u don't mind just PM me the link, i am gonna talk about it in mod lounge. if they are ok with that i will let u know and u can post the link.
