I am new in all this.
Question: When you use the roulette tryout mode / fun mode. Does that react the same as the real mode when you play with money?
I mean, worst case it does not "get you in" and then playing with money you get ripped?
The casino's say it's the same software.
Thanks,
Hi timebase, welcome to the forum.
There has always been a debate on this matter, as far as some can tell, they DO use the same software BUT the seed value for random will be different, it will be created by many different factors, time, epoch, international dates and times, electronic noise or anything else for that matter, we dont know, but when you play play mode it could work from either their server time or your computers clock, as far as we can guess.
Some of us have tied seeding random differently and from what we/I know you cant notice the difference, I have seen 24+ EC runs in playmode and real mode.
Hello timebase,
Regardless of anything, by definition they are different.............
When I use to play on-line (RNG) I practiced the old school way because I too was afraid of getting false results/numbers. I did all my betting in a notebook. I would bet $3 on red and $3 on black. All I really needed were the numbers. It worked great for me but it might be a bit tougher for the guys that like to bet 32 numbers a spin.

Play DublinBet 8)
I did try this:
1- Play for fun on 1 pc (unregistred) and
2- Play with real money on a second PC (registred) at the same time,
result are the same... no choice, it's a live video!
In that case only (and only in that case), i would say YES, it's the same.
I'm a big fan of DublinBet. Living here in the U.S., it doesn't help me much.
