Title: What was the method that was based on the American 0/00 Wheel and based on Cols.

Hey guys,

   I recall a method being based on playing Cols only and only for the American US 0/00 wheel?
I think it went like if a number hit you played Col 1/3 or the like.
The method was based on the fact that many numbers on the 00 wheel stack in col 1 or 3.
In other words there may be a method to get a bit of wins because of the imperfection of the order on the 00 wheel.

No that is not it, there was a story about a guy who sat on the end of the table where you could get on your bets in very easy.
But is was based on Columns only.

That is not it, the story had that a guy  concentrated on the cols 1 and 3 or something like that.
