Cuomo Begins Process Of Legalizing Casino Gambling In New York

Governor Andrew Cuomo began the process today of legalizing casino gambling in New York. The process, according to Cuomo's plan, would play out over the next two years.

They used to put the casinos in out-of-the-way places, to protect the major centers from an all-out economic decline.  Here, they want to put one at Toronto.

With the advent of wide-spread on-line gambling, and perhaps the shabby economic indicators... Are we headed for a sort of gambling armageddon?  (A good time to hang onto your money, until you're sure you can win.)
