I think you’re an a$$, but I also think Mr J should never have deleted your posts. The ones I read that got deleted never broke any rules, except maybe the unwritten rule of, thou shalt not be an a$$!

I run a lot of forums and I post the rules of the forum and the ONLY reason to delete a post or thread is if they violate the rules of the forum.
That is NOT the case here - moderators routinely delete or modify posts for all kinds of reasons that have nothing to do with the rules of the forum.
I will see if my posts are deleted or modified for a few weeks before investing any time here....
And I love Bad-A$$ coffee - just had a cup after whale watching yesterday morning.....

Thats your opinion. Perhaps the a$$ rule (otherwise known as trolling) was broken. What a word... a$$. Anyway if you think something was unjustly moderated, then contact me. The moderators use their best judgement and I trust them, but mistakes can be made. I'm not saying any has, but if you feel there has, then it is best contact me with specific details.
If you contact me saying he said she said, I will ask that you get over it. Best not to waste time on games.

How about if I go into Gizmo's forum and post? When I have in the past he simply deletes all my posts.
I did not violate any forum posting rules just disagree with the wacky theories espoused there.
Same with Mr J - I followed the rules and he simply deleted my posts he disagreed with - which were all.
Personally I disagree with about 95% of what's posted here - but agree with 5%. Normally this leads to a lively debate - unless I simply am deleted; then no debate takes place - just more cheer-leading.
It's your site - you make the rules - and I follow them.........
Maui, it is fine to disagree. I don't recall what the issue was, but I think it was general trolling - otherwise known as being an a$$, being on someone's case constantly. I don't remember exactly though.
In any event, like I've said many times, it does no good to complain about moderation when you haven't given any actual example.
As for gizmos forum, I have nothing to do with it. I don't make any rules there.
When I get back from vacation I'll chime in once in a while.
