It would be so easy for casinos to have an extensive video library of all the numbers being hit, say 100 videos of each number hit, then use an rng to determine the results and splice in one of the videos showing that selected result.
You would never know, and you would feel like you're playing a real wheel.

If you can chat to the dealer and they respond live, it is real. If the casino is in costa rica or such a jurisdiction, I'd be more worried about the excuse they'll give when it comes to payday.
