Some one claimed it was a looser over many many spins.  The system is capable of making big money though .

there is nothing to test. when u bet on something "cold" it is not gonna work. Yes, u can make some money. then u will lose more than u won. period. I will give u this idea to try.
Instead of "cold" sectors or "hot" sectors try to find "average" sectors. and bet them when they sleep "average" period of time.

but u have to test it on a long run before u start playing with real money. this is just an idea to try.

I intend testing it once I've coded a program to make running it easier on William Hill live online.

The author makes it quite clear when to stop.

Wise users will take heed of his exit strategy!!

there is no way cold number (sector, star, whatever) betting system can work on a long run. I am convinced about this one. Not only me.

The limited time I did spend seemed to involve a lot of waiting.

Frankly, I'd rather watch paint dry.
