Hello
The new Betvoyager measure harm us. >:(
I have been contacting with the Betvoyager support to express my discomfort with the last action taken in Betvoyager for equal odds, since the extent of 10% occurs every time we finish a game and not the maximum that would be correct, ie:
If I start with â,¬ 20 and won â,¬ 10 in the non-zero roulette, it is only fair that is discounted 10% and stay in my account 10 +18 = 28.
If in another game I play those 28 and I loss 10 the result is not to be discounted and it would be 18.
If I play again and win another 5, of those 5 would be deducted 10% from what the result would be 22.50 euros. I think that in this case should not be discounted nothing, since no has reached the maximum, 28. It is from this figure when should be applied the 10%.
With this new measure that Betvoyager apply in equal odds these games will not be more interesting for players all over the world.
Please, join me and write to Betvoyager. :(
Regards
You must end a session with a win, otherwise the tax can reach far more than 10% of the winnings.
I use to play on NZ roulette, do it still, but more now at the European Roulette.
Casinos adjust theire rules, if they can not make profit. No HE and such spreed 1 to 1000, made it too easy to win. I think they had to remove the NZ wheel or adjust the rules so the can profit from the game.
In the beginning I meant:
If I start with â,¬ 10 and won â,¬ 20 in the non-zero roulette, it is only fair that is discounted 10% and stay in my account 10 +18 = 28.
Ralph, so we always have to end session in positive to avoid damage.
One trick is to finish the game without close the session, with te "X" in the top of the windows, but betvoyager only allows to preserve it during 24 hours.
When the server goes down -something that happens continously- , the session is restarted again and eliminates the 10%. :'(
If you play banker in baccarat, do you not encounter the same rake?
Yes it is a problem, with all this disconnections, I have lost money, which were on the table.
Lost all the stake on the table some times.
If you win more than 10000 in 24 hours they do not pay that over, but they keep the loss you may have, if you play more, whitout any warnings. It is just in fine print.
Once my computer went down due to getting hot, I lost 200 Euro.
An idea...........
If you must stop during a session, write down the time you stopped. If you can't play again for 24 hours, at least maximize the screen and play a dummy bet. That should give you another 24 hours.
Ralph
My laptop sits on a cooling pad--around $30. My desktop is run off a constant power supply--around $50. Sometimes the internet loss is just that--nothing foul from BV.

This happens a lot with BV, they know it happens, YOU MUST email them telling them exactly how much YOU want putting back into your account as THEIR game had an issue not your computer, I have done this many times, they put the money back every single time, YOU are the customer, without you they are F*&^%d
EDIT: Yes the new 10% rule is a ba||ache but thats life, they have to earn a living too, all I now do is make sure I reach my target then add 10% so I still have what I wanted to get to after they deduct their cut.
