Excluding the Zeros, we divide the wheel into 4 sections and we have 9 numbers per sector.
Once you pick your sectors, they remain constant (they do not change).
Play the sector that hit last, 4 times in a row.
Win or lose, play the sector "before last"
Try it flat bets
If using a progression, try this: lose 5 times in a row and go up 1u. for every 5 spins lost.
These are the results for a short test i did,
107 spins
34 Wins = + 918 UNITS
72 Losses = - 648 UNITS
FLAT BETS PROFIT: + 270

I think you could incorporate dealer signature into this method.
I tested this method. About 3000-3500 spins.
Sometimes big drawdown (approximately 200-300 units).

I think there's a lot of validity in playing 9 numbers as opposed to 4, 24, 6, etc.
