When 2 numbers are connected by distance 1,2 or 3.

Calculate center point distance and apply the +- fisso code.

TESTING RULES IN BETA VERSION OF XLS FILE:

DISTANCE 1 - mÃ¡x bet limit x8 - Sample Spins: 2,3 - Play: 1,2,3,4
DISTANCE 2 - mÃ¡x bet limit x7 - Sample Spins: 2,4 - Play: 1,2,3,4,5
DISTANCE 3 - mÃ¡x bet limit x6 - Sample Spins: 2,5 - Play: 1,2,3,4,5,6
