Whilst playing a session yesterday on Single Zero European Roulette RNG the usual connection error and/or Synchronization error appeared......tried to restart game in the normal way, however there were no funds in my account........I've checked the history and my account stats and its just disappeared into their black hole
I've sent a few emails (attached the screenshots of my balance before the game) they're investigating the problem, I'm starting to get a complex now, twice this has happened now but this time I never touched their live site
I hope this is sorted quickly otherwise I might have to quit playing at BV, just thought I would let players know and will keep everyone posted like I did before
PS I'm not talking of a few hundred Euros either >:(

Has anyone had trouble with BV since all the problem of a few months ago? Does anyone use them on a regular basis?
Almost every day, and have no problem whatsoever.
