Title: The Problem With Progressions
Post by: doubledime on Feb 02, 03:16 PM 2016
I am sure everyone here knows what I am about to say, but I still would like to see some ideas.

The real killer in any progression is when you experience 7, 8, 9 10 or more losses in a row, and it seems to happen quite frequently.  What's the best way, short of not using any progression, to mitigate that event?

Thank you

depends on the method, system or startergy being used.
Double dozen +1/-1 and parley, the parlies to me is dependent on whether you want to get a higher BR  than when the loss run started,or whether the parlies just get BR back to a positive.

If you was just betting the non hits like in KTF then just +1/-1.

I'll let the other members finish this for you

Not exactly sure what you mean.  Are you saying betting double dozens +1 on a loss and -1 on a win is a progression you have used successfully?

Yes +1/-1 and parley. Look in real roulette spins, Dont knock it till you try it, latest reply.

Stop loss is a good way to go.

When I experience like 4 losses in a row, I stop playing at the current table and start playing at a new table. So far this has done it for me :-)

What do you mean when you say "parley"  I know what a parley is in sports betting but not in roulette.
